I can do it. Luckily, I have a program that can resize pictures. And I don't make my own avatars, I just get them from the web and resize them to fit into the allowed maximum space. :D

I tried it and it works, so go back to the picture that I resized for you (either one is ok), right click on it and hit properties. Then, highlight on the URL of the picture, right click and hit copy. After that, go to user cp, edit options, change avatar, right click in the box where it says picture from URL, click on paste and copy the link, then hit submit modifications and it should work. :)
