Hi All, I'm looking for a specific TV show that began as a radio sitcom. The star was an insurance salesman is all the info I have.

The reason for asking is that a catologue I receive often has a trivia question and an answer will get you free shipping! They used to have rather easy questions, but are making us work for them now. They also want to know who he was and the fictional company he worked for.

If anyone is interested, the company is Sierra Trading Post.

Thabks in advance, Dan F

Jim Anderson was an insurance salseman on "Father Knows Best" & I THINK that was also a radio show. I THINK, but I'm not 100% sure.

There were a LOT of radio shows that switched to television. What did Ozzie Nelson do? That's the only other possibility I can think of.

Actually, throughout the entire fourteen year run of "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet," and the run of the short-lived spin-off "Ozzie's Girls," it was never ever mentioned what he did for a living...
