Who are everyone's favourite female singers? Mine are

POP/CHART ARTISTS
- Madonna. She's been my idol since I was 4. Big, big fan.
- Britney Spears. Loved her since she burst on to the scene with Baby One More Time. Sure her voice isn't the greatest but she's an amazing performer, extremely talented dancer and her songs are so catchy.
- Mariah Carey. Beautiful voice, beautiful woman.
- Beyonce Knowls. She's just cool.
- Whitney Houston. She was great back in the day, especially the 80s/early 90s.
- Delta Goodrem. Delta's very new on the scene but she's got one of the most beautiful voices I've heard in pop. "Born To Try" is a gorgeous song.
- Avril Lavinge. Because she's original and I love her style.
- P!nk. Again, originality.

BROADWAY/Not Mainstream/Little known
I'm a broadway freak. Anyone ever heard of Lea Salonga and Francis Ruffelle? They have the most amazing voices in the world, espeically Lea.

I'm also a fan of little known Canadian Lisa Lougheed. She released 2 albums in the early 90s and did dance/pop stuff. She also sang songs for the Raccoons cartoon series and voiced one of the characters. Seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth, though.

Kelly osbourne- ive been obsessed w/ her for about a year. i like her music even tho i dont like her voice and i like her clothes and hair. shes so coooooolie.

Gwen stefani- i love her clothes! shes pretty too. and talented, i like her music.

im not really into female singers for some reason, but Gwen Stefani and Brody Armstrong are my favorite female musicians. they both front good bands.

they both have raw vocals and are hot. but i prefer gwens voice with the ska/alt rock though.
