Is this show hard to follow if you haven't been watching it from the beginning? I've never seen it so I wouldn't know.

yes because they all have basically slept with each other and it seemed like every other season they had new characters.

actually, i started watching during season 8 and had only seen a handful of episodes when i was younger. it wasn't hard for me to get into the show at all. it would probably help if you read character descriptions to help you know what the characters are about.
