Who are your least favorite characters on Dark Shadows?

Mine are:
- Peter Bradford/Jeff Clark

- Ned Stuart

- Dirk Wilkins

- Charles Deleware Tate/Harrison Monroe

- Adam

- Harry Johnson (didn't really dislike but he had no real point)

- Sky Rumson (wooden)

My #1 pic for least fav character is any character played by Lou Edmonds, I hate that snobby affected tone of his.

My least favorite characters are Hallie/Carrie, Dirk Wilkins, and Sky Rumson. I didn't start watching until the end of the 1897 storyline, so I haven't seen the characters like Adam yet.

OMGoodness this guy broke my heart. i went to a Dark Shadows festival and tried to take his picture and he knew it and wouldn't let me. :(

I have heard alot of not so nice things about him.Why would he go to these festivals if he was going to act that way? I hope everyone else was friendly!

Everyone else was really nice except for him and the lady who played Julia on the 2nd 1990's dark Shadows (I forgot her name). She had black hair. Maggie was so kind and so was Roger collins. Those 2 were outstanding to their fans. i also loved lara Parker.

Was it Jean Simmons?I think she played the second Liz.Yes I have heard many good things about KLS-Maggie and LE -Roger at these festivals Lara Parker as well they always seemed to have a real affection for the show.As you can tell I love the wicked Angelique.

I never liked that Humberto dude who played Angelique's brother. Roger Davis was pretty blah.

Let's see, are we talking about "least favorite" in terms of characters whom we deem "not absolutely necessary" to the storyline???? If so, these get my vote:

--Adam
--Harry Johnson
--Sukie (sp?) [the wife of Nathan Forbes in the 1795 storyline]
--Peter Bradford/Jeff Clark

If we are talking about "least favorite" in terms of ones that absolutely get on our nerves, then my vote definitely goes to:

--Angelique!!!!!!!!

I tense up everytime she comes onscreen. I just want to give her a big boot right in her . . . . . ;) :D LOL!

I wonder why Roger Davis wouldn't let people take his picture?!?! Now, I can understand not wanting/liking to have your picture taken. I know that I don't like to have my picture taken but on the other hand, if you are going to a fan festival like that, it seems like the actors would understand that the fans would be taking pictures and asking for autographs, etc. It sort of goes with the territory, doesn't it?!?! And if it bothers you that much to do those types of things, WHY would you go to a place like that to begin with????? It doesn't make any sense.

Nope it wasn't Ms. Jean Simmons. Jean played Elizabeth Stoddard Collins. I've never seen her but she looks like she would be a nice lady. The lady who didn't want her picture taken was Barbara Steele she played Julia.

OK that makes me feel better I really like Jean Simmons and have heard she is quite friendly and generous.I'm glad most were friendly .
