It's that day again. Voice your thoughts on the superstiton.


I don't know if the day is bad luck or not. I do know that a lot of things I don't like to do have happened to fall on the 13th of friday. Whether it's bad luck or not, I don't know. I do know, however, that we all are only passing through in this life. Too short a time to believe in bad luck. ;)

Anyways, I tend to be a little supersticious, but I usually make up my own superstitions.:crazy: I like Friday the 13th-- nothings gone wrong yet!

I didn't even know it was Friday the 13th. :lol:

Anyway, I don't believe in the superstition all that much. Everyday is a bad luck day for me so Friday the 13th doesn't bother me.

I don't believe in it, or any superstitions really. They're just things people make up for fun that get spread around, imo. I mean, think of it, it's fun to say "Oh my goodness, it's Friday the 13th so something bad is gonna happen. Be spooked!" So yeah...

And one of my friends was born on Friday the 13th, and, well, she's alive so...

I don't believe in it. Although I had a classmate at school a few years ago who had several birthdays on Friday the 13th and that he got hand, foot, and mouth disease and several other diseases on those days. I think those were just pure coincidences.

my band director's son was born on Friday October 13th, 13 minutes before midnight, under a full moon :lol:

I used to believe in it a lot when I was younger, but now I don't.

And just out of left field for the record, I had a WONDERFUL day today! :D

I am kind of superstitious,as silly as that may sound,so I think about Friday the 13th,some,yeah. :crazy:

I don't mind the Friday 13th thing, I actually enjoy it because there's always a marathon on TV

All I can say is... I'm glad today isn't MY birthday, like it is my dad's. My sister has Friday the 13th for her birthday sometimes too. Oh dear... ;)

I'm superstitious, but it's all just light-hearted. I don't walk under ladders, and I knock on wood. But that's about as far as I go. I don't think Friday the 13th is a big deal. In fact, I forgot it was until it was mentioned here.

well I dont believe in it BUT a bunch of bad things DID happen today but you know GRRR work I HATE IT so its just another bad day for me

Today was rather bad for me but lately all days have been bad for me. I don't believe in Friday the 13th but back in 1998, I accidently broke some glass thingy and it was apparently really expensive on...Friday the 13th.

I really don't believe that Friday the 13th is a special day. I might if weird stuff happens to me on this date in the future, but for now it's just another day.

several years ago on friday the 13th my friend's brother dove off the high dive and hit his head on the cement by the pool and knocked him out and his brains came out. he almost died. i heard about that when it happened but i didnt know he was her brother until i met her.

My birthday is on the 13th. I wasn't born on a Friday, (It was a Tuesday actually), but it's fallen on a Friday a few times. I don't care though because I don't believe in all that superstition-voodoo stuff.

well for me it was ok...

We got a big storm that went through mid western Texas then afterwards a beautiful rainbow came out.. the the Spurs kicked the Nets ass... :lol: so my friday the 13th was great!!!
