Is anyone scared of this or has it spread to where you are? I think it first started here like last week in Wisconsin. People got prairie dogs for pets and it spread from them.
OK, this is what I think about this. Prairie dogs are NOT pets! They are wild animals who enjoy burro-ing (not sure how to spell that) in their little holes and on the prairies (hence the name). Who was the genius who thought up to have them as pets. Come on people! It makes me sad because people want to have these wild, exotic pets, when there are hundreds, even thousands of homeless dogs and cats waiting for a nice home. Those are the kind of animals who NEED a home, not wild animals. Well, that's just my little opinion. What do you all think?
