Do any of you diet? I've tried sooo many diets, and I just can't stick to them. I've tried counting fat grams, counting calories, weight-watchers, and now I'm trying a low-carb diet. The low carb one works pretty well, but I felt like I was starving to death. So I kinda crashed that one today. I may try to get back on it next week, but since I am gonna be gone this weekend, I thought why not wait.

Not really. I hate diets. And if I get too hungry, I get sick.
I don't eat a whole lot at one time (small meals throughout the day), and I don't eat very fast. I don't eat a whole lot of sugary food because I just don't like them, which includes very little chocolate. But I do drink a lot of soda. And I don't eat much dairy (another sickness issue). That seems to keep me happy.

Diets never work. If you want to lose weight just eat healthier. If you want to keep it off, you cant ommit all junk food, otherwise one day youll go on a total pig fest and will totally blow it all. Why dont you cut back all the really bad stuff, and then once a week indulge in one of your favorite pieces of junkfood whether it be chips, cake, or ice creme. Also, instead of exercising like crazy, just go for a 20 min. walk. Of course I dont do any of this because I have no motivation, but they say this is the best way to lose weight. Yah, it might take a little longer, but atleast its easy to stick to and you wont gain it all back!

no, ive never tried a diet before. i dont eat a lot but i do drink a lot (not alcohol)

I've never tried a diet, but I don't want to. I agree with Crystal...to lose weight, the best thing you can do is eat healthier. Lose the junk food for awhile and stick mostly to fruits and veggies...all that good stuff. And exercising helps. Walk on the treadmill, walk your dog, buy an exercise tape. But don't starve yourself or let yourself become too hungry. If you feel hungry, eat! Just eat healthy. ;)
