Are you tired of Nick at Nite showing the same thing over and over and over again (particularly "Cosby")? If so, write to Nick at Nite today and tell them what you want to see on the channel.

I hate to be the downer of the group, but I honestly don't think it'll work. Geez, they'd prob. get influenced by the emails and add another slot for Cosby.

I agree. I mean there's a long petition about N@N and TV Land stop having the split credit endings. And they still have split screen endings. In fact, N@N didn't have the split screen endings until after I signed the petition. N@N will NOT listen to us. They don't even have a spot on their site for viewer's comments.

I hate "Cosby" but apparantly NAN gets monster ratings from the show, and that's what counts the most to them--the ratings.

I tried emailing FX about the little pop up advertisements they have. If you watch FX, you know what I'm talking about. Hello, don't they commericial the shows and the movies they're pushing during the actual commericial breaks? Yeah, they gotta push it during breaks and then have pop ups come up during the show. Anyway, I emailed them about their Lucky pop up. Didn't do a damn bit of good. They just add more pop up ads. No use. Just a waste of time all the way around.

It's too bad that the viewers don't count for anything. :rolleyes: We watch the shows, therefore we should get some say.

Writing to the station expressing yourself is a good idea but if you really want to make a difference & have your voice heard by those it makes the biggest impact on then write to the advertisers who have spots during the shows time slot.

The stations want the advertisers to be happy & the advertisers want the viewrs to not only be happy but to watch & buy their products. They are more apt to listen & have biger influence on the stations decisions.

Negativity will get you no where so if you are going to write stay positive & professional. Otherwise you will end up in the circular file & you will not be taken seriously or with any regaurd.

I was so excited when I heard it was coming to N@N, and want more. Wings deserves one more chance now that the War is over and people are back to watching things other than news...

Don't bother, It won't work. On the Cheers board all of us started sending them mail and it still didn't work! they don't care about us the audience. The truth is though that Bill Cosby does own a lot of stock in that network so he has an influence over them....just thought you might find that interesting and I can say on behalf of the Cheers board "WE ARE TIRED OF COSBY!!!"

you can e-mail them, but I highly doubt it'll do any good, I e-mailed them 3 times, and never even got a response!:mad:

To be fair, though, they say on their website that if you make a programing suggestion (How about showing...., Are you ever going to show...., etc.) they can't really do anything about it.

HOWEVER, I asked TV LAND 3 years ago if they were ever gonna show "Archie Bunkers Place" and I got a response. (they said no, but a year later the started showing it. But I think that was just coincidence)
