I like the fact that they're the only station that still plays family sitcoms. The other stations you listed are for the most part garbage in my opinion. I haven't watched anything except ER this season. I basically just watch ABC for Desperate Housewives, probably will watch Crumbs and CBS for all 3 CSI shows, also a couple of sitcoms NBC, I channel surf to every once in a while and watch.
