there isnt a right or wrong answer but in your opinion, who do you think feels closest to cap? which one of the girls do you think has the best bond with her?

Hmmm... I think definitely Raina. Although in first season it was C.D. they had known eachother for a long time, but now Raina has pretty much taken that over... and CD seems more interested in her relationship with NAte right now as appose to her friendly relationship with Cap. lol
Obviously Jinny feels somewhat close to Cap otherwise when she was hallucinating a few episodes back she wouldn't have thought of her, and wanted her approval. So maybe as weird as it'd sound I think the list goes...

I used to think it was CD but this season it's definately Raina.

I think they all have a great relationship with Cap and each come to her about different things and on different levels. Raina comes to her about everything, but the others have also approached her as well, or in Jin's case Cap has approached Jinny. I think it's just a testament to Cap's personality in that everyone trusts her and that she's able to talk with each of them on different levels, as she approachs each one differently. It's really great. She reminds me of this women I know. She's friends with a lot of teens, yet there are some who only come to her when they need something or just those who come and need to talk. I think it's a great relationship and I love watching Cap with each of the women. It's great stuff!
