I like to search Japanese fan sites and tonight I came across what is their version of fanlistings in which they call them unions. I adore their sites and let me just say they are very big on Bewitched, Buffy, Caitlin's Way, So Weird, Avril Lavigne, and Britney Spears just to name a few. Anyway, while browsing random 'union' pages I found my own Bewitched fanlisting banner on a site. Unfortuently, they didn't join, but they had the up-to-date link to my site so I'm hoping they will join eventually. But I just feel so darn honored that someone in Japan visited my site! :D Maybe I'll make a few connections and get some Bewitched merchandise! Eh, better not press my luck on that one.

I'm thinking of writing to the person who did all that nice Bewitched fanart (see my avatar). Unfortunetly, they took their Bewitched site down along with their fanart, luckily when I came across the page a long time I saved the pics, hehe. I really would like to be able to display it on my Bewitched fanlisting. It's the best Bewitched fanart I've ever seen! :D Going through their journal I see a pic of Liz so it's obvious their still a fan so maybe I'll have a chance of getting a second member from Japan along with being able to display their artwork. Man, I hope so!

You should feel honored. And I totally think you should e-mail the person. I always figure if you like something, tell the person behind it. People like to be complimented! What do you have to lose?

That's so awesome!! I think your avator is soooo cool! I love that. I know a girl who is Korean and she can draw so well. I think they are natural born artists in that part of the world.

Well, I did it! I finally emailed that person. I pray they reply and grant me permission and I also welcomed them to join my fanlisting. Hey, if they can join a Sabrina the Teenage Witch fanlisting, why not mine? :lol: Oh well, I hope all goes well with this. I wanted to email them the first time I came across their site, but I didn't have the guts. I hope they can read English and if they can't well the word 'Bewitched' will show up so maybe they won't delete my message.

Isn't it adorable? I only added the Samantha part b/c well, an avatar doesn't look right without some text.
Their site is chocked full of ER stuff. I hope thats a phase and they bring back that Bewitched stuff! :p
If this goes well, I also want to use their artwork as fanlisting codes. I think that will be totally neat to do! And be very different for a fanlisting. :D

Oh, I do use altavista's translation tool when I go to sites that are anything other than english. Anyone, wanna teach me Japanese? :lol: I'm sure that when they came to my site they had already translated it. I searched through their yahoo directory and my site isn't listed so it's obvious they sometimes search through english yahoo for sites. No, 'As For Madam Witch' (thats what they call Bewitched when I translate it, hehe) fanlisting over there either. Although, they do have a Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Caitlin's Way, and So Weird fanlisting. Next, I will be emailing those who have sites from Brazil! Holly's gone international! :D
