Did anyone else use to collect the TY Beanie Babies? If so, are they still worth anything?

I have about 10 of them. I doubt they're worth much though.

Yes, I used to collect them. I guess I have 20. I doubt that they are worth anything. They are stuffed in a box in the back of my closet, and I doubt they come out, atleast not for a very, very long time.

OMG we have so many of those damn things. My grandma used to buy us all the new ones as soon as they came out. We have 3 boxes of them in the basement.

I remember when those used to be all the rage several years ago. Now nobody talks about them much. This happens with every fad, though.

I have tons of those lying around in the closet somewhere... I used to bring them to school and put um on my desk in 5th grade. I was very odd in 5th grade.

Beanie babies...yes I did collect them. lol, I was pretty much obsessed with them in 3rd and 4th grade. I have about 100 I guess, including the Princess Diana one. I can't believe I paid $25 for that thing, lol. And I even bought those tag protector things for them. I have them all in a box except for some that are kind of cute, I have those in my room. I really hope they become worth something someday because I'd sell them all in an instant.

I only have three, but I know people who still collect them faithfully. They definitely aren't worth as much as they once were.

I used to live to watch Don West hawk Beanie Babies on one of the home shopping channels.

$2000 for 94 of them in this clip. And he’s throwing in a $400 one for free!

I never understood why or how Ty Beanie Babies became a hot collectors item in the 90's but my mom used to collect the McDonald's Ty Teenie Beanie Babies when they came out and they were responsible for the trend of bean bag plushies as collector's items. But my aunt sent me a Ty Beanie Babies plushie and my mom has the McDonald's Teenie Beanie International Bears that we had to search for by calling every McDonald's in our city but we got all those bears. I also have the purple Princess bear that was released in honor of Princess Diana too

Did Ty release a Queen Elizabeth II bear to honor the memory of Queen Elizabeth II? How much is this bear worth and is it sought after like the Princess bear was?

Do you remember the McDonald's Teenie Beanie International Bears? They were highly sought-after when they first came out? And like I mentioned earlier Dad had to call every McDonald's just so my mom could collect these bears. And they had Glory which was the American bear Maples who was a Canadian bear and Erin was an Irish bear and there was two others as well. Did you ever have a bear named Pecan too?
