I'm always up late and being on here late at night is like walking around school at three o'clock...most of the students have gone home but there's a few left. Anyways, I was just curious to see who's left browsing around.

Fellow night owl here! I stay up late every night and am often on the boards. Dang, I stayed home tonight to do my homework, but these boards are preventing me from doing so!

I think they put addictive chemicals in the boards...It's like *must stay on the boards...must stay on the boards...you WILL stay on the boards* I mean, why else would I be half asleep yet still here at 2 in the morning?

I'm glad this board didn't exis when i was in college because i probably would have been struggling to get work done. I'm a true night owl. Even on work nights

Haha I need to be careful then, I have two years of high school left and the colleges are gonna be looking at my grades. Then college...these boards can be dangerous. :D

Tell me about it! I really need to do my work. I even passed up going out tonight to get stuff done. But no, here I am, on SO online... screwing myself over in school. LOL. I honestly don't know why I stayed away from the boards for a year and a half. I registered in 2001 but never came back. Thank goodness I found it again. I belonged to another board I thought was great... after staying here for a while, I cut off all ties with that "yawnfest."

i stayed away for about a month or two awhile back. i was at another board too but i ended up missing this board so i came back. (there was another time when i was away, but that wasnt by choice, our old computer blew up.)

i'm not a night owl at all because I have to get up early the next morning for work BUT ON Fridays I am WOOHOO thank god for Weekends

Okay, let me try that again. (I was on the phone and obviously cannot talk and type at the same time.) I went to a Little House on Prairie board. And I actually still go to another board, but it's not entertainment. It's a very boring MCAT and Premed board.

Yeah when I first looked at that I thought it was funny you would ask what name I USED on my old board. And not only can I not read when I'm on the phone, but I spell even worse than I do when I'm not on the phone. I feel like such a goon. :crazy:

I'm not usualy a night owl, but I have to watch the Three's Company replays and I have gotten into some shows after that so I try and stay awake, and Ii laso come here or go to the HP message board.

i sleep all day and watch tv all night. i stay up til 6 or 7 am every night. since maury comes on at 3 and then ricki lake at 4 i stay up all night to watch em, then sleep the next afternoon. when ricki lake is over i watch the sun rise, its so pretty outside at like 5am.

Yes. If I'm going to be up from 5-7, its because I've stayed up late. I'm so glad I'm able to choose my schedule because I can avoid getting up early on the weekdays. I know that won't last forever for me, and eventually my school schedule will start in the morning, but hopefully when I have a career I can have my schedule cater to staying up late everynight!

I usually stay up until 4 in the morning on weekends to type and listen to the radio.

:wave: I am. Especially in the summer. For a while I was going to bed @ like 2 am, but now its going toward 2:45. I try not to, but yah, these boards are addicting.

I was last week, but i fixed my schedule back to normal.

I usually stay up until 1:00 AM or something on the weekends. I get kinda bored because I get on the internet at like 8:30 PM, and stay on until 1, so yeah, I get my 4 1/2 hours of internet time every night ! lol :);)

I have terrible insomnia,so,yeah,I'm always on here late.A lot of times,I just have this compulsion to stay on these boards,even if I'm bored of really tired.

I used to stay up till 5:30 every morning, but since I became sick I've been going to bed usually after So Weird which ends at 4. I usually get up around Noon now so I can get up and watch Bewitched on TVL.

Oh yeah, I'm def. a night owl.

About the message board, this is prob. the longest I've ever stayed on a message board. Yeah, I did have my leaving period on here because I was really busy in school and didn't have time to come by. I think I was gone for a few months, honestly can't remember. I just remember that I went away for awhile, but came back.

I went there about a year ago for spring break, I was just wondering that if you'd been there, what you thought of it. I loved those mirrors leading down to the basement, and that huge room with all his albums. I wish they had a Bonnie Raitt house like that. :lol:

I'm a night owl for sure. I love staying up late, to surf the web, read, watch TV......I can be a morning person when I want to.

I used to be but my mom put a stop to it. I would go to bed at 6:00 in the morning and get up at 4:00 but my mom put time limets on my S/N so now i go to bed at 10:00 and get up at 8:00.

She did it because she said i wasn't getting enough sleep and i looked like something out of night of the living dead. Plus she said i wasen't getting eny of my chores done and she was fed up with it.

I'm trying to be very good so at least she will remove the time limets but so far she's not budging! :mad:

nahh.. i used to be a night owl,.. when i had my computer in my room, then i decided i didnt like the imac anymore, and went to my moms room to user hers... lol, now i have the imac hooked back up so ill probably become a night owl again :p.

I'm a night owl. Always have been, even as a child. I always loved staying up late. Most kids are up watching cartoons in the morning while my mother had to drag me out of bed for school.

I read that some people are born nocturnal by nature, and I'm one of them.

Oh, I'm here off and on most evenings. Yes, sometimes quite late. And sometimes I have trouble sleeping, so I get up and sign on.

Also, being on the west coast makes it seem later since many folks in other time zones have long ago gone to sleep.

Well, it's 1:15 am and I'm still posting, so apparently I am.

I believe that--I was born nocturnal too. I wasn't getting up early in the morning to watch cartoons either, I was watching the late shows on televison. Sometimes getting up for school early was a drag because even though I was tired then, I'd be wide awake at night and never fall asleep at the right time.

Not as much as I used to be. It's so easy for me to slip back into Night Owl mode when I'm on vacation though and weekends.
