A friend of mine just told me (through e-mail) that there was a spoof at the MTV Awards that had to do with Archie and Ozzy Osbourne. Since I don't really care for MTV, I did not watch the awards. Did anyone watch and see this spoof? If so, I'm interested to know what was said. But knowing MTV, it was probably very crude.

I didn't see much of the show, but I'll assume your friend is talking about Ozzy and Sharon at a piano, immitating the introduction to "All in the Family." It is playing as a commercial now, advertising the new season.
I think it was clever, not really crude either. But then, I watch the Osbournes, so ya know, I am not affected.

I always thought imitation was the highest form of flattery. Boy, conservative in your name is right! I don't think it was a big deal what the Osbournes did, and I'm as big of an Archie and Edith fan as anybody.

Yeah, that's true.
