Hey everyone. In my opinion, William Stephens was the "Green River Killer". I had read elsewhere on this board that someone else may have been responsible....but I can't locate that post. Would someone please tell me who the other suspect(s) was (were)?

Why do I think Stephens was responsible?

Maybe he had an accomplice.....


But the comments he had made to his brother, like "I want to cut open women and put rocks in them", made me feel that this guy must have been a real psychopath.

Also, of course, there was all of the physical periphernalia that the cops found. The ambulance, the secret dungeon, the picture of courtesans, etc.....
