Stay. When I first started posting on the boards, I wasn't exactly Miss Popularity either. I stayed mostly to myself. Didn't email or pm or chat with anybody. I posted replies and a few new topics and I left. It wasn't until very recently I started talking to people through pm's, emails, etc. You just gotta give friendship a try, you know? Friendships have to form, it's pretty rare to form a friendship with a person if you've only talked to them once or twice.

Also, I guess this goes to anybody that has a problem with anybody on the boards. Just ignore the pissants. I've had my fights and spats with people. I avoid the ones that give me trouble. If I see the person has started a post, I don't bother reading it. If the person quotes me, I'll just ignore the reply. They pm you with shi*? Delete and block.

I do like you Chris you one of the nicest people on here. I know that not everyone is talented and to be honest I don't think I'm all that talented if you want the truth, but it just seems all of my life online and off I've been taken advantage by this stupid crap that I just happen to be able to do. Holly, we've never talked before, but I know exactly how you feel! Maybe not the whole taking-advantage thing, but how you think no one knows your name. There have been so many times that I just wanted to leave, because I thought that no one noticed me, but it doesnt matter as long as you have whatever friends you have from here.

As for Brandon...there's really nothing to do about him but ignore him. Maybe someday he'll leave, and we can all be happy, but until then, we all have to be patient. If I were you, though, I'd PM TJ and tell him that he's stalking you. It's not right, and he shouldnt get away with it.

I must admit to I'm thinking about leaving SO, to go to another message board, but I don't want to leave SO because I like all of you guys and gals here, even the people on the politics board, who I disagree with, you guys have good opinions and I respect that, but I have also been reading this particular message board fro some time and right now, I'm trying to compare the two, so I am in a tough situation, I like both boards alot and don't know what to do, I guess I will do some more comparing before I make a decision.

And just because your friends are leaving doesn't mean you should leave. I've been registered here since 2000, and I still haven't made many friends. The closet friend I made here was RollerGirl. We used to have conversations on this board and the Happy Days board. Then one night, she got in a fight with someone on the HD board, and she hasn't been back since. Yeah, I miss her, but I've still been coming to these boards. Why? Because I've been hoping to make more friends eventually. Granted, these boards haven't been the same lately for some reason, but I think you should hang in there. Of course ultimitley, it's up to you. Make the choice that's right for you.

Well after doing some thinking and some research, I have decided to stay on SO, although I may still consider going to the other board in the future. Yeah I could do both board, but if I go to this other board, I would be on there alot, especialy in the fall, both SO and HP are very similar in alot of ways, however HP is not a free message board so that made my desicion clearer. So I plan on staying for alwile and that NASCAR thread will be alive and strong with us on there.
