Thanks! Azrael is adorable too. My cat's name is Foxy. I named him that because he is mostly white with streaks of silver. He's a shaded silver Persian, and he's 14 years old, but looks like he's 2 years old.
In that picture, he had just had a trim. I have to send him out to get clipped because they'll be fur all over the place. When his hair is full grown, he looks like a lion. He's looks EXACTLY like the cat on the Fancy Feast commercial, and he's every bit as spoiled. Foxy has never had a bad day in his life.
His eyes are green in the picture, but they're much darker. He's affectionate and gentle, and one of the greatest joys in my life. He has the personality of a dog.
He's in great health, but I hate it everytime he has a birthday. I'm very attached to him. He's my only pet.

I'm glad that you liked Azrael. He is the love of my life. I don't know what I would do if something happened to him. He is spoiled rotton. Foxy is real cute. My cats like to lay underneath the Christmas tree at Christmas time!!

Kind of funny how I picked him out. I went to the SPCA to get a kitten after losing my buddy, Moe, to a kidney disorder. I had saved Moe from an abusive household and when he was gone I figured he'd want me to give another kitty a chance to be loved as he was. Sounds silly...I know.
Anyway, when at the SPCA I saw Penguin in a cage being trampled by his two brothers. He was the runt of the litter and had (and still has) a crooked tail. The other kittens were pushing him out of the way, trying to get my attention, when my dad pointed out how the 'poor little one in the back' was being hassled. I knew I had to get him out of there and into my home where he'd never be hassled by another cat again. Plus, I saw his crooked little tail and that sold me on him, too. I figured one of his brothers did it to him (later I found out it's just some genetic kink. His tail is much longer than average because of that kink.)

First day I take him home he was wicked shy. He would growl while he'd eat his food and was pensive. I figure it's 'cause he used to have to 'fight' for his food.

Not one week later he realized he was going to remain 'King' of the house, became a little terror and an eating machine, and took up a majestic strut.

Now, that little runt who was tossed around by his brothers is about 30 lbs, and his body is about two and a half feet long (not including tail and head.) He's not fat though...he's just huge and extremely muscular. His nickname is 'Big P**sy." :D He's a spoiled little brat.....but he deserves it. :)

I agree cats are wonderful... I don't have a cat right now but I had one for 10 years. He got really sick one day and I had to have him put to sleep cause I didn't have $2000 to get the operation to save his life... His name was Puzzle and I miss him so much I sometimes have dreams about him....:crying:

My old Cat Bobby had kittens and since she was a Manx and didnt have a tail she didnt know what one was so she started chewing off all the tails of the kittens that had them (Including my Sheba's) Sheba was also the runt and she was very thin and not well when she was born but I dont know when I picked her up I felt a connection she was MY CAT and NOTHING was going to change that so when My dad asked me which Kitten I wanted to keep I chose that one Everyone told me "no pick a different one she'll die she wont even last you a week etc etc" but I REFUSED and GUESS WHAT shes STILL going strong and EXTREMELY HEALTHY FOR HER AGE (or so says her Vet) at almost 18 years old

Thank you Holly. I am trying to get over it. It hurts so much though that she is gone. Especially to pass away in my arms that is just something you don't get over quickly.

Aww, her last moments were in your arms. :( Take your time, I got Tiger back after he passed away, but I mean I'm still not over the fact that he died. I guess some wishes do come true. At least, I've been spared so I could have my kitty back.

She was very pretty. Grey kitties are always pretty. :)
