Is it just me, or is Tvland playing less of Lucy? I know it hasn't been on a very good timeslot but still. I am just starting to get back into I Love Lucy, and I always have to tape it everyday. I wish tvland would play ill more often!

awww yeah I know whatcha mean!! :( I wish they would put it at a better time slot too. I mean they play Andy Griffith and S&S so much that its getting to the point where I am starting to really dislike Andy Griffith! I never liked S&S in the first place though.

I Love Lucy is the Ritz Carlton in Paris, Laverne and Shirley is the Holiday Inn in Des Moines! But, i like the actors in the leads and the show could be quite funny at times.

 Well, since I live here, I've never actually stayed at a hotel, so you might be right at that! ;)

West Covina sounds funny. Walla Walla, Washington? What Cheer, Iowa? That's a real town!

This got me thinking....since TV Land is ILL's "home" (I'm saying this because they put their own logo on the animated openings), doesn't this mean that TVL will forever play ILL?

If that's the case, we can assume that they will change ILL's time slots from time to time.

Well, seing as all of us have most shows or even all of them on tape anyway, how about concentrating on other shows like The Lucy show or Here's Lucy now? We haven't memorized those yet!

LOL!! Funny you should mention walla walla, i was typing in names and stuff for my dad for each city and state on this program. That city pulled up.. im like who the heck would think of naming a city that ridiculous name? LOL! If someone told me they were from a city called walla walla i would think they flipped there lid if I hadnt heard about it from typing in names! LOL.

Hell is a cool name for a town - like Damnation and Purgatory, and all the other names that towns have in old Westerns! The sorts of places where they have shoot outs on Main Street every afternoon, and where everybody spends all day in the saloon drinking rot gut. :)

Walla Walla is famous for its onions is it?! Like all dedicated A-Team fans I've heard of the place, since it's where Dirk Benedict was born. Always sounded like a nice Huckleberry Finn kind of town. For peculiar place names though, you'd have to go a long way to beat the UK. Little villages with silly names flourish throughout the countryside. Slaughter, Shellow Bowells, Wallop. I could find hundreds if I looked through a map.

Intercourse? Climax? Bloody hell! How do they get away with it?! I mean, it doesn't half brighten up the map I guess, but surely the local authorities object? :) I think, since it seems only fair that other countries should have similar fun, I may have to enter a petition to have London renamed 'Gratuitous Sex'. It would brighten up news broadcasts no end.

"And following Prince Philip's birthday tour of the UK, he and the queen are now returning home to Gratuitous Sex..."
