Is the guy who plays Balki the same guy who plays the frenchman on Step By Step. His face looks alike but he seems so much more muscular on Step By Step.

PS last filmed in 1992. The sixth season of Step By Step that Bronson filmed was in 1997. He had plenty of time to work on his muscles :) Of course, it could've also been the shirts he wore on SBS... ;)
