I have been haunted by Monica Libao's resemblance to an old friend of mine named Roy Daley (I hope I got the spelling right - I have never seen his name down on paper) who was the vice principal of a special school I went to called the Child Study Centre. Roy was fat - about 200 pounds - was about five feet ten inches tall, was balding and had a fringe of brown hair. He had blue eyes (I think) and suffered from a heart problem. In fact, while I was still going to the Child Study Centre he suffered a heart attack; I don't know if he is still living or if he died. I can draw a picture of Roy for you if you'd like. Roy wears thick glasses with horn rims and has a long, hooked nose.

I LEFT TWO TIPS ON UNSOLVED.COM CONCERNING YOU. I HOPED BEFORE I DIED I COULD HELP THIS CHILD OUT THAT WAS ABDUCTED FROM CHICAGO, ILL. IN APPROX. APRIL OR MAY 1964.
