Wow, she'S really good! Her lips didn't move at all, I cracked up when the sock puppet started singing "Tomorrow, tomorrow..."

Does anyone else think Blair is a much better singer than Tootie? From what I've heard (tonight and from the X-Mas eps.) I think Blair's voice is much stronger and on key.

I was cracking up at the JoJo puppet although I could've done without the cameo by the 'Soap' guy.

Oh yeah, Blair's got the best singing voice. But then again, Lisa Whelchel *did* get nominated for a Grammy in 1984! "Best Inspirational Performance"

I think I remember reading somewhere that Lisa used a ventriloquist (how do you spell that?) act to try out for the New Mickey Mouse Club which she was in before FOL. That's why she was so good.

I think I remember reading that Lisa used a ventriloquist act to try out for the New Mickey Mouse Club. That would explain why she was so good. When I was younger I tried to do it and it is hard!! I was really impressed.

i know that Nancy McKeon took singing lessons when she was younger and i dont know about Lisa Whelchel but she has a good voice, i really think that Nancy McKeon has the best voice on the show and then closely followed by Lisa. Tootie has an AWFUL voice! i think it was suppose to be a joke when she was warming up her voice when she said wow this piano is really out of tune because it was her that was out of tune, she went like a whole octave higher or lower every other LA! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/tongue.gif

JO: Now, Natalie, when you hear these voices, are they friendly?

Really? Hmm...from what I've heard of the X-Mas ep Jo sang well, but not like someone who usually sings. I think Lisa is probably the best...even though Jo is my fav. But hey...maybe it's just me.

God...I don't know why they always have Tootie singing! I know she messed up on purpose last night (for the joke) but even when she's singing normally I think she sounds bad.

*Jo and Blair rule!*

Nat: Look Jo if you don't get this scholarship you're gonna be back in the BRONX running around with the little pueblos!
Jo: Young Diablos!

BLAIR: Take them off JO!! I dont want to fail!
Jo: will you read my editorial?
Blair: YES!
JO: You PROMISE?
Blair: YES!!
JO: You SWEAR??
Blair: YESS!!!
Jo: i dont believe you (Ducks back under desk with a grin)

(Blair, Tootie and Jo laughing at Natalie)
Natalie: What?
(Continue to laugh)
Natalie: What?!
(Takes off her hat and looks at it)
Natalie: Oh good! Good!! I’m loosin’ a bolt! I’m working half wattage here!!

***Every Jo needs a Blair!***

Nat: A flash back within a flashback....! I'm so brilliant it scares me!

Nancy did take singing lessons and so did Lisa. And I actually think that Kim Fields has a pretty good voice, I don't think she has been able to showcase it much, but she put out an album, so I don't think she could be all that bad.

Lisa is pretty talented if she can sing without her lips moving. I thought that sock was hilarious!

------------------
Tootie: Can we sing?
Jo: Sing?
Tootie: That's what I do when I'm scared what do you do?
Jo: Slap people

Blair: A Warner is like a delicate soufle
Jo: Yeah light and empty

Nat: I'd rather be a happy magic marker than a skinny pencil

Lisa also did the ventriloquist act in one of the earliry episodes with Jo.

On Napster, I found a disco song by Kim Fields. I assume it's the same one.

I think Kim has a good voice. I remember watching that 1984 christmas episode when she sang Jingle Bell Rock. It wasn't anything over spectacular but it wasn't bad either. She sang well to me.

Jojo was hilarious! And yes Lisa did do a ventriliquist act to get into the mickey mouse club. And she had singing lesson's. Kim Fields never had a record and Lisa did, I think she is a much better singer.

I'm afraid that I have to disagree with you "the T" Kim actually did have an album, I saw it for sale on ebay once. But I do agree that Lisa has a better voice.

What is the name of Kim Fields's album ? Do you have any information about it ? I bet it's off the shelves now right ?

I found a song called "He loves me loves me not" that I assume is made by that Kim Fields.
