Hey guys you know what would be, in my opinion, a great way to end Becker...well maybe some of the becker fans might be upset when i say this but again it's just my humble opinion. something like the Bob newhart's last episode, where he wakes up and is married to someone else and says he had the wierdest dream....

Well like on the last scene of the last episode U see Becker wake in a different bed and wait! his hair is back and it's combed to perfection, and looks at his right wakes up this blonde hair thing next to him:

Ted Danson: Honey, Honey wake up! i just had the weirdest Dream!
Shelley Long: (roles over and looks at him) Sam its 3 in the morning....im so tired..
Ted Danson: It was the weirdest dream, I lived in new york...HAH! new york! and was a doctor. and really smart..
Shelley Long: (Cut's him off) Hahahahahahahahahaha...
Ted Danson: Will you shut up for a second Diane?
Shelley Long: Ok (tries to hold in her chuckles)...what else happened?
Ted Danson: It was a nightmare......I was a loser, everybody thought i was an ass and i had no luck with women ...(kind of stares off into space) (shudders) oh well it's just a dream right?
Shelley Long: Yes sam go back to sleep.....

It's interesting but I think it would just be too weird. It's an interesting thing to think about though.

yes i know it would never happen but all this talk about cancelling becker got me thinking....

i think that would be cool they should have shelly on becker was she ever on that show cause i was thinking of all the cheers cast that was on that show and frasier

that would be a great way to end the show, it would be perfect for the reunion to follow it

I think this would work ONLY because Ted's character on Becker is the extreme opposite of his character on Cheers. Becker is its own show, and Ted's chance to reinvent himself, getting rid of the "Sam Malone" stereotype, and that's what makes Becker work. I think a flashback finale would only work on Frasier, because Frasier exists as a character from Cheers. Of course, and this has happened many times, seeing other Cheers characters on Becker is a riot, becuase they normally also take the opposite characteristics from the characters on Cheers.
