Use Yahoo Page Builder. You don't need to know any HTML for that.

My sister doesn't want to use Yahoo! Pagebuilder, and I don't blame her. I hate Yahoo! She wants to get the layout that I made for her up, lol :lol: I used to know how to code, but I haven't coded a layout in so long, I forgot. And besides that I really hate coding layouts. I like making them, but not coding them. :(

I can tell you how to do it, but I'm not gonna be online all that long but I suggest you code the site by using Iframes aka Inline Frames. With inline frames you can make an individual page that will show up on another page and by using the width and height codes in the iframe code you can make the frame whatever size you want and move it to anywhere on the page.
