It's close but i think Mork was too over the top and that to me makes Mork and Mindy weird.

Mork and Mindy seemed more weird, but I was just a little kid then.

3rd Rock was great how it showed aliens adapting and understanding why humans act the way they do. It's as if they're infants learning about their own bodies, it was a truely great show.

Mork and Dick were both over the top in their own way but I think the weirder show si "Mork & Mindy".
