Oooh, definately ER with Maura Tierney. All the other shows sucked big time except The Ladies Man since I never saw that so I shouldn't judge it. As for movies probably Office Space but Dave Foley was pretty funny as the gay guy in Blast From the Past even though the movie was mediocre.
Andy Dick & "Less than Perfect" with it's ensemble cast & office setting.

My pick is King of the Hill, which was not mentioned. Stephen Root does a lot of voices on it.
Definitely ER! That's been one of my favorites for years.

Ladies Man was good with Root. Although it was hard to picture him as anyone but the rich guy. The main guy in Ladies Man than came back as some annoying guy with an English accent in a sitcom a year or so ago - that sucked rocks.
