OK, i have asked Teboomer (Tina Ledbetter) publicly on this board and via emai POLITELY to make HER decision if she is going to send my order or refund my 150.00.
She has replied to a post here since, but not to the one asking for HER DECISION, she Hasn't answered my emails which i asked POLITELY for HER DECISION. I made my decision ( although it was a wrong one ) when i trusted her by paying via money order. I ordered 150 more or less Petticoat Junctions ( which i have reason to doubt that she has that many episodes, by someone informing me from this board who said she has only a few ) 90 more or less Green Acres, and 20 Mr. Ed episodes.
A total of 21 tapes of which i haven't received the first one . It has been since the 1st week in April she emailed stating she got the money order. I have a scan of the money order before i sent it to her and the receipt.
She has labeled my asking for a refund as Harassing.
She has said i didn't want a refund or tapes replaced.
She has used excuse after excuse from baby sitting to recieving a bad check and not having time to answer emails to justify herself from this deal . I had never ever heard about her until she replied to my Want post and she emailed me saying she had the episodes i wanted.
And the other person - ( Jeneric ) she also owes, i believe she posted it was Feb. when she made the purchase from her and why did all this have to come up before Teboomer states " she will now ( the last of May) check with the post office about it. Why didn't she do that volunteeringly and before now ??? Sorry Jeneric but you may as well kiss your money goodbye....
Nothing , i mean NOTHING she does or says can justify her from not Honoring her end of the deal.
Neither can she label this post as Harrasing or use this post or anything i have said to JUSTIFY herself.
Im ASKING again that YOU , Tina Ledbetter , make YOUR DECISION by sending my order or my 150.00
To all that has had good purchases and trades from her, im glad for all of you. But im not glad for myself or others that get ripped from their hard earned money on this board or any other board.There's no straddling the fence in life, What's right is right and What's wrong is wrong...............................................
