I'm thinking about making my angel fanfic into a trilogy.

I'm also thinking about starting to write a J&M fanfic, it will also be a trilogy.

I'm having trouble coming up with a good Jarlena plot. I'll need something that will take up three books. I'd love to write a tragedy, though, a lot of people hate it when stories end sad, but I get tired of movies that always end happy.

I think a tragedy is the way to go, though, it might enrage a few readers, I think it's the way to grab the acclaim I'd like to recieve for it.

A tragedy, yep, that's it. Now for what I need to happen. Hmm, I could start from now on the show, or I could start from some other time, or even write it in another dimension or century.

I think I'll make the year be 2004 that way it'll be a year from now, and I won't have to worry with inconsistances. I'll have to write a prologue though, that's for sure. Woah, I just had an amazing idea, I think I'll keep these books, very dream like from a writing perspective.

I think I'll write a serial killer story. YEAH!!! That's it!!

Wait, wait, I can't write a serial killer storyline and end it sad, that never happens, serial killler storylines always end happy.

What I need is an endgame, an end to the whole shabang! You know end with everything revealed and closure. I think this could be very good.

Let's see, Jarlena face all of their mortal enemies. First Book: Orpheus, Second Book: Kristen and Tony, Third and Final Book: Stefano.

Let's see how to go into each book: Woah, I can't do Orpheus, unless I research some on him, I didnt' ever see him, therefore I've got no clue as how to write in character. I'll just write Orpheus the best I know of I suppose.

I think that I will wait until I've written at least two fanfics before I write my ultimate showdown thing, lol. Anyhoooo, that means I do need to write some kind of Jarlena fanfic before I write the US, lol. Hmmm, let's see, I was thinking of doing a little piece about a serial killer, I guess that's what I'll do.

Chapter 1: Lock Down

"John, tell me what the dream you had last night was about." Marlena leaned closer as she spoke and touched John's cheek with her hand. "I dreamed that you and I went to West Virginia for old times sake, and we had the greatest second honeymoon in the middle of nowhere." John gave her a sly smile and pulled her closer to him on teh couch. "Oh now that's a dream I'd love to live." Marlena said as her hazel eyes locked on his blue one's passion burning with an intensity only known to them. "Really, well what if I told you you could." "What?" "You and me are going back to West Virginia and this time there will be no interruptions." He's eyes burned with desire and her's burned with a longing unseen by most people. Both leaned in for an infinitively tender kiss. Both wishing it would last forever and that this was their reality.

"CUT" said the director, "great job Dee and Drake, see you next week." John telling Marlena about their second honeymoon was the last scene of the week. And everyone was anxious to leave the studio, except for the couple on the couch. Drake didn't want to let Deidre out of his embrace but he reluctantly did so after a few relished moments. If only he knew how much she cherished the moment herself. She wanted so badly to tell Drake how much she enjoyed the feel of his arms around her. Acting in scenes together was both the hardest and easiest things they'd ever done. After sitting there for a few minutes, Drake decided to break the silence. " I really think the fans will enjoy John and Marlena's second honeymoon." "Yeah, me too", Dee said as they walked off the set and down to their dressing rooms. "Hey, maybe we'll get a bonus", he said with a laugh while opening Dee's door for her then moving on to his own door. Deidre just shook her head and laughed.

(5 minutes later...)
Dee was walking to her car when she realized she had forgotten her script. So, she turned around and headed in the other direction, only to be stopped by Drake. "Dee, having car trouble?" "No, I just forgot my script." "Oh well, a pretty lady like you shouldn't go in that big dark studio all alone, let me be your excort." "If you insist, Drake", Dee said with a laugh. "I just hope the door is stil open", Drake put his arm around her as he led the way to the studio door nearest the dressing rooms. "What do you know it's still open?" Dee said as she opened the door handle. "The lights are out though, watch your step", he said as he took Dee's hand and stepped inside. "I think I left it on the coffee table." "I don't see it, of course, I can't really see much of anything in the dark", he replied with a laugh. "Oh stop it Drake, don't tell me the hot studly brilliant Drake Hogestyn is afraid of the dark", Dee said with a sly smile. "I found it", Drake said as he picked it up off of the tv. "Thank you" They stood there for a mere second holding hands and looking into one another's eyes, but to them it was an eternity.

Finally, Deidre broke the silence, "We should probably get going, if anyone sees us here together it'll only fuel all of those rumors about us." "Yeah, those rumors are so crazy." Both feeling a little uncomfortable about the current conversation, they headed for the door. Drake pushed the latch bt it didn't budge, it was locked. "I guess the janitor left." Drake said with nothing but seriousness in his voice. "Do you have your cell phone?", Deidre said. "No" "It looks like you and I are stuck together until someone realizes we're missing." "Victoria is gone to Indiana and the kids went too." "Are you serious, because Steve and the boys are gone to Seattle." "So, we are going to be here the entire weekend all alone.", Drake said as he swallowed, very afraid that he wouldn't be able to control himself that long without telling her that she was his heart, his mind, his soul. "It looks that way", Deidre said with the same scared look, also afraid that she'd lose it and tell him what he meant to her. "Well Dee what should we do now?"

Chapter 2: Old Wrongs of Royalty

(It was 6:30. Two hours after they'd gotten stuck and Dee and Drake had went to Deidre's dressing room to wait and see if by some chance someone came to the studio and realized they were stuck.)
"Drake, I'm sorry that you got stuck too." "Deidre, it's ok, really, I wouldn't have it any other way." "I still feel sorry about it though." "Seriously, Dee don't worry about it." Drake said as he put his hand over hers on the couch, where they were sitting. "Ok, I'll let it go", she said as she looked in his eyes. "Good, now would you like something to eat. I mean what kind of host would I be if I didn't feed the reigning queen of daytime?" he said with a smile. "An awful one," Dee said with a smile that matched Drake's. "Well, what would the Devine Miss Dee like for dinner?" "Anything you've got will do, I mean there can't be that much selection", she said with a laugh. "Well, I've got some beef stew." "Oh, that'll be fine." "Alright, I'll just go get it and heat it up in the microwave, hey, where do you wanna eat at?" "Wherever there's a table, hey we can eat in Bo and Hope's kitchen set." "You know something, John and Marlena don't have a kitchen table, actually they don't have a kitchen for that matter", Drake said with a quizzical look. Dee laughed and turned closer to Drake starring into his blue eyes. "Drake, how do you do it?" Drake caught up in her hazel eyes asked innocently, "How do I do what?" "Always make me smile, make me feel so special, almost like royalty." "Well, you are royalty, you are La Duchess of Burbank." He said with a smile while he kissed her hand. "Thank you, my prince." Dee replied with a smile. In that little moment hazel and blue had locked and now they sat carrying on a conversation that only their hearts could hear. One of despair, sadness, longing, and yet, love, compassion, and contentness.
Drake then spoke and broke the connection, "I guess, I should go make dinner, I won't be long." "I'll meet you on the set, honey." Deidre smiled then realized what she had let slip. Drake didn't know if her term of endearment was just a slip up from playing his onscreen wife or if it meant something more.

On her way to the set Deidre thought about all that had happened to her and Drake. She felt something for him. Something she'd never felt before and she'd felt it ever sinec the very first day they had met. She regretted marrying Steve, and knew she hadn't loved him. He was a friend to her and nothing more. When Victoria had come back for Drake all those years ago, she felt like someone had stabbed her in the heart. She and Drake were getting closer and closer and she had fallen in love, but when Victoria came back , she just didn't think she had a chance. The history between Victoria and Drake was so rich, she just felt it right to tell Drake that they'd never be more than friends. How ironic that she married a person she really felt that way about. The thought that plagued her constantly was simply 'she should have fought for him but she didn't.' It was the biggest mistake of her life.

As Drake headed to the set he thought about everything as well. Here he was stuck with the only love he'd ever known. His love for her consumed him. His heart fell at the thought of them perhaps being found. It was a selfish thought, but he just wished he could have this one weekend to spend with her. He'd never forget the day she said they'd only be friends. He had lost everything that day, he was completely distraught. Victoria was there wanting to get back together with him, and he felt that the only way he could obey Dee's wishes was to find someone else. Victoria proposed to him and he had accepted. Only to later realize they'd never be anyone else.

Chapter 3: The 4 D's - Deidre, Drake, Divorce and Dreams

(After dinner Drake and Deidre went back to Deidre's dressing room. )
"So how is your family?", Dee asked. "Not so good, Victoria and I are getting a divorce." "Oh Drake, are you alright", Deidre said as she took his hand. "I'm fine, this was for the best, I just couldn't stand being married to someone I didn't love." "I haven't told you about Steve and me, have I?" "No." "We are getting a divorce too, for the same reason. Steve and I are friends but that's all. So, it looks like me and you are stuck here for sure because I seriously doubt our soon to be ex's will call home to talk to us or anything." "My luck must not be too bad, I am stuck with the hottest actress in daytime", Drake said with a smile. "Well, I'm stuck wiht the hottest actor in daytime, so I guess we're even." Deidre said with a laugh.

(By the time they finished discussing the set gossip it was 10:30. So they went to bed, Dee in her room and Drake in his, for now. )
Deidre tossed and turned but she wasn't getting any sleep at all. Drake wasn't doing much better, either. Then all of a sudden a load boom came from somewhere down the hall, scaring Dee. She flew out of bed and into Drake's room. Drake jumped up, "Dee? Is something wrong?" "I'm sorry to run in here like this but I heard a load boom and I think we should check it out." "Oh it's just the air conditioner kicking on." "Oh", Dee said while blushing. "Deidre, would you like to stay here with me tonight", Drake said with an innocent look. "I'd better not." "Dee, it's ok", Drake said reasuringly. They crawled into the foldout couch and fell asleep in a companiable silence. It was then that they met in each other's dreams..........

"Drake, I love you, you're theh only man for me", Deidre said while looking into his eyes. "Deidre, I love you, your the only love I've ever known." The sun was setting on the beach in as they shared infinitively tender kisses which began to turn into burning passion. They then fell to the sand. The dream ended and they both awoke.........

Dee shivered, "Are you cold honey?" Drake said with love and concern. Dee nodded her head and Drake pulled her closer to him, until she was lying in his arms. "Drake?" "Yes." "Goodnight", Deidre said as she kissed his cheek before meeting him in her dreams once again.

Chapter 4: Montage- So Far Away by Staind

(The next morning Drake woke up)

Drake was so overwelmed. Here he was with the one woman he'd loved, and she wasn't married, he could let her choose once agian, she could choose him. That's when he remembered that day on the plane set. He went over to the cabinet under the TV and pulled out the plane scene tape and put it in the VCR. That day he felt as if he really was John and she really loved him as Marlena did. In that moment he had stopped acting and had just let everything he'd hidden away out, he was sure she'd done the same. There was so much passion in that one moment.

Drake thought that day was the beginning but the next day, Deidre told him she was sorry, and that she went to far. When he asked her did she mean what she said, she had looked away and through her tears had shook her head. Drake fought back his own tears as he told her he meant what he said with all his heart and soul.

Chapter 5: Twister

"Why didn't I ask you what?", he said with a confused look. "Why didn't you ask me what I wanted for breakfast yet?, she replied yawning, "I'm famished." "Oh, I'm sorry", he replied a little relieved that she hadn't heard his questions. He slowly turned the TV off, hoping she wouldn't catch what he was watching. "I'm just playing with you Drake", Dee said with a laugh. "Playing with me, huh?", Drake replied with a sly smile. "Drake can you keep your mind out of the gutter for 5 seconds", she said with a stern look that turned into a laugh. "No, not when I'm around you", feeling a bit uncomfortable Drake changed the subject, "so what do you want for breakfast?"

(After breakfast Dee and Drake decided to walk around the studio, but first they headed to wardrobe to change clothes. )
Dee changed into a pair of low rise jeans and a sleeveless blue tank, while Drake changed into jeans and a black tee. "I feel like a stripper", Dee said with a very stern look. "Really, why don't you give me a show", he replied laughing. "Why don't I give you a right hook." "Ok, ok, I'll shut-up", he replied while stifeling a laugh. If the truth be known seeing her like that was driving him crazy. Deidre wasn't doing much better, his tight jeans and tee where driving her wild. "Shall we", he said as he took her arm. Deidre nodded and smiled.

(Later as they walked around the set holding hands. )
"Deidre, I need to ask you something." Stopping in front of the Brady Pub Dee replied, "Ok, go ahead." Taking both her hands as he spoke, "You're not leaving when your contract is up for renewal in the fall are you?", he asked with concern. "No, I couldn't leave", Dee said as she placed her hand on his cheek. "Well, you know how I get all worried around contract renewal time", Drake said with a laugh. "Drake, does this have to do with Steve and the boys being in Seattle?", she asked concerned. "Well, yeah", he said as he looked down then back up into the hazel eyes he secretly loved so well. "Drake, honey, Steve and I are going to stay friends, but that is all, I'm not going to go chasing after him or anything", Dee spoke reasuringly. "I believe you. I just couldn't make it without you, you know you're my best friend in this entire world and I never want to see you hurt." "You're my best friend too, and I couldn't leave you, ever, you're my rock you know that." "Yeah, I do", he said smiling. Dee leaned up and kissed his cheek, though she wanted so badly to taste his lips again, "Better now." "Perfect, now how about some lunch?", he asked smiling. "I'd love some", she replied as she took his hand.

(After lunch, Dee and Drake went to Dee's dressing room with the twister game they'd gotten out of Kirsten and Alexis's room.) "So, Dee wanna play?", he asked with that sparkle in his blue eyes that she loved so well. "With you, always", Dee said with a suggestive look. Drake laughed and set the game up. He wanted her and she wanted him, but they both were so afraid. They'd held back their feelings so long, that now, when they could let them out they were afraid too. But, slowly they were both getting braver. "Ok, you go first." Dee spun and landed on green. She put the palm of her hand on the middle circle of green. Drake went and landed on green as well. He put the palm of his left hand on the left circle of green next to the middle, where Dee was. Deidre spun again and landed on green once again, she put her palm on the next right green beside her. Drake then spun and got green once again and went for the green on the farside of Dee, putting him on top of her. Laughing at how they'd ended up, Dee spun again, and got yellow, so she had to turn to face Drake and put her right foot on the right circle. Drake was breathing a little more heavily now as was Dee, the sexual tension mounting. They sat there for what seemed like an eternity. Their eyes carrying on an untold conversation. Both getting courage from the other. Until finally, they both realized everything. They moved closer and closer, their lips mere inches away. They leaned in then, DING! The clock struck 6:00 interrupting the moment. "Why don't we go dress for dinner?", Drake asked. "What do you mean dress for dinner?", she asked. "I mean, black tie affair", he said as his eyes sparkled, "meet me on the Tuscany set at 7:30, I'm going to give the Devine Miss Dee a night she'll never forget", he said smiling. "Drake, you're unbelievable", she said with love. "Well, believe it baby." "I do, I do", she said smiling. "Well, go, go on and get dressed." Deidre walked over to Drake kissed his cheek and whispered, "I'll have to give you that real kiss later", before she headed down the hall. "Tonight, is ours, Dee", Drake said to himself as he went to get everything ready.

Chapter 6: Montage - Your Star by: The All American Rejects

Deidre went to wardrobe and tried on various gowns. She found the perfect one after 10 minutes of searching, a black halter with a string back. She started thinking while getting ready about everything that had gone wrong, everything that she had done wrong.

But she is blind with fear

She was afraid back then when she'd pushed him away, afraid to love him, afraid he wouldn't choose her. But now thinking back on all the tears she had cried, all the pain she has had to keep inside, she realized it hurt more that she didn't give him the chance to choose.

Deidre came onto the Tuscany set. It looked like some kind of magical dream land. Candles were everywhere. Drake had moved all the tables away except for two. One, she thought laughing, was obviously to big for him to move alone, the other was small and there were two covered dishes sitting on it, so that was obviously the one they'd have dinner on. She walked over to the smaller table and she saw him. Drake came from the back where he'd gotten a rose out of a bouquet on Jack and Jen's house set. He saw her standing there. She looked like an angel sent from heaven to him. Her hair up in curls and that dress, it was driving him wild. He walked toward her and gave her the rose. "A beautiful rose for a beautiful lady", he said as he gave it to her and kissed her hand. "Aw, thank you, Drake", she said smiling as she kissed his cheek. "Would you like to eat now?" "Yes, please."

(After dinner and talk of scripts.... )
"Deidre, would you give me this dance", Drake said as he got up from the table and held his hand out to her. "Yes, with you always", she replied as she took his hand. Drake turned on the radio and Unchained Melody began to play. Drake pulled her closer and she rested her head againist his chest.

The song ended as did the greatest kiss either of them had ever had. "Drake?" "Yeah." "Turn the radio up." "Ok, anything for you babe." It was a hot rap style song and he was surprised by her request to turn it up, it just didn't seem like a Dee song.

"Maybe", she said as she gave him a smile to die for as she slowly started to untie her halter top gown.

"Here, this is it!", Drake said, "I can't believe this, we made love on the conference room table." "That's just so funny, I mean, what are the odds of that", Dee said laughing. "Slim to none, I'm sure." After a few silent moments. "Drake, what do you want to do this morning", seeing the look in his eye, "besides that." "Well, we can clean up the mess we made." "What mess?" "Take a look on the floor", he said laughing. Deidre looked down to see broken plates, flower arrangements, and candles that they had knocked off of the table. "It's a good thing I didn't light those, huh", Drake said laughing. She started laughing, "Oh my gosh, we got pretty racy, huh." "Slightly", he said laughing harder.

(After getting dressed [Dee wearing a black tank with blue jean hip huggers; Drake a light blue shirt and jeans] and cleaning up, they went to Dee's dressing room)

"Last night was the best night of my entire life, honey", Deidre said as she kissed him. "Mine too, sweetheart", he said smiling and leaned in for a stirring kiss. "Do you remember back when you and I were dating, how we used to cuddle on the couch and rehearse our lines?" "Of course, I remember, and you used to be such a tease, which as last night proved you still are." Dee laughed, "Oh, I'm a tease, well, fine how's this for a tease", she leaned in for a kiss that left them both breathless. "I........I'd...........give that a ten", he said while catching his breath. "I could stay here, in your arms forever." "We're going to finally have our forever, baby", he said as he kissed her forehead, "I promise you that." "You know something, I had no clue the dashing Mr. Hogestyn could dirty dance", she said smiling. "Me, you! You were the one who looked like she'd jumped out of a Nelly video", he said laughing. "Hey, you didn't complain then." "Oh, I'm not complaining at all", he said slyly. They sat there for a moment cuddled on the couch. "Deidre, did you hear something?" "No, it's probably just the air conditioner", she said with a smirk. "No, it's not that, I think someone is here." "Aw, make them go away", Dee said pouting while snuggling closer to him. "Maybe, I should go see who it is." "I'm going with you then." Drake nodded and they got up and headed down the hall holding hands. Turning the corner, they saw who it was. "What are you doing here?", Drake asked as he pulled Dee closer to him. "I think the real question is what are you two doing here?"

Chapter 10: A New Beginning
(*Note:This is the last chapter of Book 1: Kidnapped By Fate, I'll either start posting Book 2 this week or I'll wait until I get back from vacation which will probably be next Wednesday or Thursday. )

(In the hall way with the mystery guest.... )
"We got locked in", Dee said calmly. "Who are you?", Drake asked. "Oh, Mr. Hogestyn I'm the new security guard", the man said, "how long have you two been stuck here?" "Two wonderful days", Dee said smiling. "Oh, I.......I...ugh...see", he said, "I don't understand how I didn't find you when I came Friday night to check things out, especially since I fell down on my way down the hall by the dressing rooms. "Did you by any chance come around 10:30 that night?, Dee said as she looked at Drake remembering the 'air conditioner'. "Yeah, as a matter of fact I did", the man said as he watched Drake wave his hands while mouthing no behind Deidre. "Hmm, looks like somebody was um what's the word............wrong!", Dee said pointing and laughing. "Well, anyway, if you'd like to get out now..." "Oh......ok.....wait do you know where the janitor lives?", Drake asked. "Yeah, on Southfinch, it's the white house on the right." "Thanks", Drake said as he took Dee's hand. They walked outside. "Drake?" "Yes" "I just love you", Dee said as she kissed him ever so tenderly.

(At the Janitor's house..... )
"Drake, what exactly are we doing?", Deidre said while laughing. "Well, I'm going to thank him." "Oh, you really love me don't you", Dee said smiling. "Always have, always will", he said kissing her. They got out of Drake's car and went up to the door. Drake rang the bell. "Hi, can I help you?", the man that worked as the janitor asked. "You've already done that", Drake said as he pulled out his wallet. "I'm not sure that I follow", he said dumbfounded. "You see, you locked the handsome Mr. Hogestyn and me in the studio, and in doing so you helped us get together", Dee said smiling. "Oh, I don't know what to say", the man said as Drake handed him a five thousand dollar bill. "You, don't have to say anything, sir", Drake said.

(Later at Deidre's...... )
"Drake, five thousand dollars is a lot of money", Dee said looking up at Drake on the couch where they were cuddling contently. "Yeah, well, you are worth much", he gave her a quick kiss, "much", giving her another quick kiss, "more like the whole world's supply of money......no.....that wouldn't be enough either, Dee you're priceless", he said leaning in for a stirring kiss. "I love you so much", Dee said while getting lost in his eyes. "I love you, more", he said smiling and leaning in for yet another kiss. Then out of nowhere Deidre broke the kiss. "Oh, no!" "What, what?", he asked concerned. "My script, it's still in my dressing room!" Drake gave her a suggestive look and she nodded, grabbed his hand and they ran out the door headed back to the studio where they hoped to be kidnapped by fate once again.
