My friend Danny, who's in the United States Navy just told me that a friend of his was killed in action during the with Iraq. (He asked me not to say his name.) He was in his early twenties. I won't get too politcal, but do those of you who supported the war realize that it's 20 year old kids that are sent to fight?

FYI: They arent "sent to fight." They volunteer, they sign up for it. Anyway, I will pray for your friend's loss.

You're right, and I know he volunteered. But it still upsets me that it was a guy my age that was killed in this stupid war.

K, I'll try not to be so political. I really do appreciate any of your prayers. He was just a kid, afterall.

I feel very sorry for this person and the many others getting killed. I only hope Bush won't ocntinue and strike any other countries in his blindfolded uninformed war. If Bush ever visits the front line- you can be sure he'll have a bulletproof vest and at least 30 government agents.

I'm sorry to hear about Danny's friend. That is sad that the people who go to war are so young. I'll pray for Danny's loss.:(
