This is my very first vector so it isn't gonna be spectacular, but what do you all think of it? I welcome good or bad feedback because I really would like your honest opinions. And yes, there are a few things I'm gonna have to change like her hair, but I need a major break so thats why I'm posting what I have so far. So um..what do you think?

Oh, by the way, it's a vector of Angelina Jolie.

Basically, vector art is a form of computer art that is made by outlining segments of an image and coloring them in. Like you see in my image, but let me just say that vector art takes lots of patience and loads of time. It took me pretty much 2 days to completely finish the one above. Except for a few things I have to fix. :crazy:

Well, at least I know what to major in when I go to college in the fall. My parents insist that I take graphic art - wow I can't believe I'm actually gonna do something they want me too.

It looks great, imo. I wouldn't have the patience to do that.

Thanks. I don't really have the patience either. I just kept seeing them on personal sites and decided to give it a whirl. I might start doing more I really like them. :)

I think you did an excellent job especialy for a first try, I know I wouldn't be able to do that. I think you should make more I think it looks pretty cool. Oh and thanks for explaining what vector art is because I had no clue what it was.

Thanks, yeah I was actually surprised it came out even half that good. I guess I got lucky! :) I'm thinking about making more perhaps a vector layout for my site. I'd love to do one of those.

That's real great. Do you enjoy viewing vectors that much? The Film 'Waking Life' is made up entirely of vectors, and weird animation techniques to give a moving effect.
