I am so tired after 8 hours of staring at a computer screen at work. I am glad to come home and come on here and look at the threads and all, but I really want to start with my new Final Draft screenwriting software and type up my assignment, but I am so low on energy. Does anyone else feel drained after looking at computer screen all day and having your eyes hurt?:(

Oh yeah. Sometimes if I stare at one too long, my eyes will suddenly get blurry. I can see something and then it becomes blurry for a little bit.

Your eyes hurt? I've been working on a art vector for two straight days and it's still not done! I've hardly left my seat in the past two days.

My eyes hurt after I spend about 2 hours on a computer. I think it has something to do with that fact that I wear contacts. I also get like that when watching tv sometimes too.

You can acquire dark circles quickly from computer eye strain :(

I sort of have that problem. My eyes get really tired late at night if I've been watching TV or playing on the computer for a long time. Sometimes I'll actually look at something so long that my eyes cross.

But she also once wrote:
And, I say the word MEANGYA atleast every other sentence. Its part of my daily ritual. People who dont know what it means just give me an odd look.

I give up. Take my house, my car, anything, just tell me what "meangya" means. *sob*

Bumping the thread back up so I can find out.

How do you get a part of the male anatomy out of the letters "meangya?"

Is it an acronym?

It's Italian.

It's not in any online Italian-English dictionary by that spelling. What's the big mystery? How about a simple definition?

What is it? *beats head against wall in frustration*

Yeah, that happens to me sometimes too. It also happens when I read or watch TV for too long.

If only I knew what "meangya" means, I think it would make a really big improvement in my life. I'll bet my whole life would start working, and I wouldn't be surprised if Betty Jo Klausner (the girl I had a crush on in the 3rd grade, but was afraid to approach) appeared at my door step. Meangya???

In other words, bumping the thread back up.

You're the second person who's given that as the definition, so now I believe it. Every time Crystal uses it, which is a lot, I've been trying to figure it out. I refrained from asking for almost a year, but finally, when other people were using it too, my curiosity got the better of me. I'll allow this thread to die a well deserved death.
