What sort of sitcoms did you watch during your childhood? I watched:
Saved By The Bell
Punky Brewster
ALF
Small Wonder
Full House
Those were my favorites. I remember practially crying if I missed an episode of Full House or Saved By The Bell. LOL!. Out of those shows the only ones I can stand to watch as an adult are FH and SBTB, though even they make me cringe a little now!

I remember not missing a "Full House" ep for the first year then no local stations even carried the show the 2nd season (I had no cable then) that sure was disappointing.

Well, I grew up in the 50's . I had to watch what my dad wanted to watch! There were no daytime sitcom reruns on at that time. So I watched The Honeymooners, I love Lucy, I married Joan.
The shows that I was addicted to were ;
American Bandstand(on every afternoon)
The original Mickey Mouse Club(every day)
Howdy Doody(everyday I think!)
After I got older I watched Father Knows Best and The Donna Reed Show in reruns.(my dad wouldn't watch those shows!)
As a teen in the 60's my favorites were;
That Girl
The Dick Van Dyke Show
Gidget
The Monkees
Family Affair
