... did they ever bother to explain why the house was seamlessly attached to Ednas Edibles? I always thought I missed the episode where they explained this mystery, but now looking through the guides... WTF?

The set used from 1983-85 is the nicest in all of Television history! When the place got torched in the Summer of '85 I actually got sad. The re-decorated house is still nice, but way too blue. It's not a patch on the lovely design of 83-85. Over Our Heads actually impressed me with it's look. I'm a sucker for 1985 kitch.
