Georgia's on my Mind 05-20-2003, 03:02 PM go to the doctors... ill make the story short...i have cuts on my hand from rusted barb wire...should i get this checked out, i know your supposed to...but will this kill me if i dont.... A few months ago when I broke my arms and sprained my ankle in a fall (I think I posted about this), they made me get a tetanus shot just from scraping my hand on the pavement. Go to a minor emergency center. You're better safe than sorry. If you are unsure then go get one!:( Actually it's only 5 years now. I cut part of my finger off in 2001 and had to have a tetinus shot when I had just had one in 1996.
