SoapNet started to advertise 'SoapNet's Unforgettable Weddings' today. It's supposed to be on June 7th @ 4:00PM & June 8th @ 1:30PM. I'm not sure if it's a special or if they are actually showing episodes of shows. I'll post more when I find out more. Can't wait for this (since I'm hoping it'll be episodes of old soaps) and the arrival of Another World in July!

SOAPnet's 4th Annual Unforgettable Weddings Event

Join Kin Shriner and Jacklyn Zeman as they host SOAPnet's Unforgettable Weddings Special. (Saturday, June 7 at 4pm ET/PT and 7pm ET/PT; Sunday, June 8 at 1:30pm ET/PT and 7pm ET/PT). This original special includes highlights from Daytime's most memorable weddings, as well as stories about and interviews with some of the soap world's most famous couples. The special is followed by episodes of Daytime's greatest romances and weddings. (Saturday, June 7 features Port Charles' Livvie and Caleb from 5p - 6:30p ET/PT and General Hospital's Carly and Sonny from 8p - 12mid ET/PT; on Sunday, June 8, catch All My Children's Maria and Edmund from 2:30p - 6:30p ET/PT and One Life to Live's Bo and Nora from 8p - 12mid ET/PT).

If you guys find out which couples are going to be featured, please, let me know. Thanks for the info that you do have. I didn't know about this, and I'm going to be sure to tape in case Jarlena are on it.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I don't have SoapNet, but I still enjoy keeping up with its programming. (Don't ask me why.)

They will only be showing episodes from the "ABC" soaps. That is because as of yet Soapnet does not have the rights to any NBC or CBS soap.

Soapnet has been doing this for several years now and alas they seem to show the same 3-4 episodes every year...

And the special hosted by Jackie and Kin is also an old one they have been using for a few years now. I believe (not positive) that it was taped in 2001.

Usually- some variation of these...

AMC- Maria and Edmund, Nina and Cliff (2nd Wedding), Erica and Dimitri (wedding # 1)
GH- Brenda and Jax (wedding that never happened), Brenda and Sonny (when he leaves her at the alter), Luke and Laura.
PC- Caleb and Livvie or Lucy/Kevin double wedding w/ Felicia and Mac.
OLTL- Asa and Alex, Bo and Nora...

NOW here are some weddings i'd love to see again-
OLTL- Marty and Dylan, Marty and Patrick, ANY of Viki's weddings...
GH- Lucy and Alan, Sean and Tiffany (aka.. Elise Mea Crumholtz), Bobbie and Tony, Karen and Jagger.
AMC- ANY of Erica's weddings (but i definetly want to see her weddings to Adam), Brooke and Adam, Janet and Trevor, Janet trying to marry Trevor posing as Jane Green (when the dog coems in and jumps on her... LOL)...
