Can someone PLEASE tell me how Jack knows about Magda's marriage being in the dumps? Did Jinny tell him? Did they show it?

And Jonah gave her a key to a suite last week? Why the hell did she go? I'm all for getting rid of Gabe, but that's just....stupid! How's she going to explain it to Ben when he finds out? Did Jinny know she went?

but he mentioned something about magda and gabe's marriage, and then magda told him to look at his own marriage and was like "why weren't you there when your wife had a gun to head?..."

I actually applauded Mag for giving Jack a piece of her mind. Where was he while his wife was sticking a gun in her mouth when he knew she had just lost her brother? Why wasn't he by his wife's side after the funeral? Why didn't he know what was going on? After all he lives with her day in and day out. I find that strange.

Some people are just determined to hate Jack around here. How many husbands would've stuck it out this long with Jinny?

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing about Mag and Jack. Maybe Jin said something to Jack about Mag's new 'boyfriend.' She could've also told Jack about the conversation she had with Mag about being unhappy in her marriage to Gabe.

People with mood disorders are sometimes VERY good at hiding it. It'd be particularly easy if you were married to someone who worked weird hours and didn't actually see them that often. Magda was with her 8+ hours a day and although she noticed something wasn't right, she didn't know how bad it was.

Was it just me, or did ya'll notice that there seemed to be a little bit of a power struggle between Magda and Jack? I also thought it was interesting how Jinny seemed to want Magda to be there more than Jack when it first started.

this is what I think:

Jinny told him she needed to do the rest of this alone, Jack made the very crucial mistake of saying ok I'll wait. What he SHOULD have said, was no Jinny. You are in too much pain to be alone and go through this alone. You'll need me here. At LEAST put up a fight. I mean, his wife probably didn't know what she was saying, probably still coming down off of whatever she took last. Why wasn't he there for his wife? He just put his hands up and was like ok. I mean really. That's not really husband quality in my eyes. I mean granted, the hardest three days was over for Jinny, BUT this is still going to be hard on her. And he shouldn't have backed off so fast.

Also, in the coming attractions, you see Jinny back at the job looking as good as new. I mean, to go from looking the way she looked last night to looking fine and dandy, just didn't seem very real to me. This show is suppose to mock real life, and in real life, NO ONE can go from looking like death to looking like The Queen of England in a couple of weeks. Hehe It just don't add up.

I think he did that cause whenever he does she is always pushing away even if she doesn't want to. and I think that him backing off is better for there marriage cause Jinny might yell at him to leave again and he might leave then. And that would not make me happy.

I don't know why, but at the end I thought Mag and Jack were gone do more than hug. For some reason I'm now like not so sure about Mag and her faithfulness. I guess she's more faithful to her friend than her husband, but I found myself holding my breath.

Yep I am not only determined to hate him. I really do hate him. I don't like Jack never have and never will. I find him boring and non interesting. Sorry to offend anyone. But I don't like Jack and I don't pretend to.

Hmmm...the Jack subject is a little like the abortion subject, huh?

I dont hate Jack, but I dont like him either. I honestly dont think that Teddy would have stayed through all of this, because he couldnt understand. Jack does, but he's handling things all wrong.

If you remember in Forgive Me Father when Jinny and Teddy were in the restaurant talking. Teddy said something along the lines he knew the risks of being with Jinny and he was willing to go for him. So I think he would have stuck by her thru thick and thin that is what unconditional love is all about. Just my humble opinion

I think the reason why Jinny wanted Magda more in the beginning was either because Magda was the first one to find out Jinny tried to kill herself (Jinny even called her Maggie) or because Magda already went through this with Jinny's drinking two seasons ago.
