Cheers and Frasier are coming out with DVDs this week. Maybe Wings won't be far behind! Yeah, I know, that's just wishful thinking.

I thought the same thing when I saw the "Cheers" and "Frasier" DVD volumes advertised...."Can WINGS be far away?".

However, I DO wonder just how well these DVD "Complete Season" sets of famous TV series are selling....Many famous TV series seem to come out with one or two volumes and then just STOP.

I would certainly buy any "Complete Season" WINGS DVD sets that were released....What a joy it would be to see pristine, crystal-clear uncut "WINGS" episodes....commercial and superimposed station logo-free!

I think how they sell is complicated. Simpsons is the top selling one ever. Season three for it is coming out soon. Buffy and X-Files were very popular with cult followings so they've sold well. I work in a music/movie store and watch peoples buying patterns. I have X-Files all the way up to season 7.
I think they may release Wings later because it's from the Cheers and Frasier people...at least I hope so. :)
