I have a few ribbons that I won in HS for some artwork that I did. No trophies or anything like that though. I didn't have time for sports when I was in school though I would have liked to play basketball and run track.

I've got about three sportsmanship trophies for basketball, lol...our team sucked & never won anything. I guess the people felt bad for us because every single year they gave us trophies for sportsmanship. It's quite funny to me actually.

Quite a few certificates, ribbons, trophies for baseball and other sports from when I was in school. And as an adult I've won lots of plaques, ribbons, and medals for running in road races and cross country races. Sometimes the prizes at the running races are not trophies. They're mugs, gift certificates, stuff like that. When the mood is right, a kiss from the prizes handerouter is awarded also!;)

Are we carbon copies? I have 5 trophies, 4 for soccer and 1 for b-ball. What a coinkydink. :)

I won some ribbons and certificates for art junk back in the day too. Moved about a million times, and some have gotten lost. B-o-o- H-o-o. I think I've had a certificate for some test in school. It wasn't impressive, I don't even remember it. Bill Clinton's printed signature was on it. Hot Dog. Oh yes, and I got another thing for my super soccer days--a medal. It's lost.

But my trophy getting, ribbon winning days are over. I gotta gets me a Pulizter Prize or Nobel Prize someday. But first, I have to remember what the difference is between the two.

Back when I was in the first grade I was May Day Queen! We had a Maypole and the class danced around me. I remember some older kids looking in the window at us and I was really embarrassed!

Well my town is well...rather poor so I don't have that many. I do have though two for Cub Scouts (Pinewood Derby, I got 1st and 3rd), and one for Little League. I should however have a few more but...like I said, my town is kinda poor. :(

You have a May Day too. I thought our school was the only one. We don't dance around a May Pole, but we used to go outside and play all day when we were little, but we don't get to anymore, because our principal has changed every tradition we had. The principal that we have only had for like 3 years now. He won't let highschool go to May Day anymore, because he don't think we can behave.
