AtlantaBravesFan29 05-19-2003, 04:40 PM Yes indeed,Carol Burnett is definitely the queen of comedy next to Lucille Ball. I didn't watch the show when it was on originially, but I did watch the reruns of the show. My favorites are where Ed and Eunice and Mama get together, every time they show their skits it makes me laugh a lot,and also the skit, "Went With The Wind" where Carol comes downstairs with the curtain rod and curtains as her dress as Scarlett O'Hara. Hilarious!!! Also where Tim and Harvey are together, they are hilarious there as well.

DickSolomonFan 10-15-2003, 04:54 AM I absolutely adored Red Skelton and always will. Some other favorites: The Carol Burnett show, The Garry Moore show (where Carol got her start), the different Tonight shows with Steve Allen, Johnny Carson, and Jay Leno; Dean Martin's roasts, the Muppets, and this is really going back, Milton Berle, Liberace, Kate Smith, Ernie Ford, and Paul Winchell and Jerry Mahoney, not necessarily in that order.
