Overall, I liked it, but I was a little upset that the cliffhanger wasn't more shocking than past cliffhangers. I knew that was coming...it was obvious! Even though it was obvious, I still loved the ending!

Anyway, I thought this episode was pretty funny! I probably laughed more during this episode than the rest of the season combined. :)

I am so glad Phoebe chose Mike! :)

I agree, I liked it but its not going to be the talk of the summer. I think this season was a make shift year, caz they had to push the series finale and build up to next year. So everything planned and written this season was last second almost. Still funny IMO.

I'm not sold on Mike nor Charlie as new characters yet, they're not very funny to me, yet. Hopefully next year they'll blow us all out of the water with new material and stuff.

Overall, this season's finale isn't going to be one to remember, I'm probably going to forget half the stories when next year starts again.;) :)

I agree with you, 90210 Dude. I liked it because I like the character of Joey, but it just wasn't suspensful at all, though I am glad Joey and Rachel may get together for a while. Unlike past cliffhangers, I wasn't thinking "Oh my gosh, I can't wait to see how this turns out!" when it ended. I'm looking forward more to the Alias premiere than the Friends premiere because that ending shocked the heck out of me! :) I also hope next season is better than this season was!

I like Mike, but I am not sold on Charlie yet. I am actually kind of glad she is with Ross because it puts an end to the Ross/Rachel soap opera, at least for now. Ross is sure a terrible friend though!
I actually felt sorry for Joey!

I thought it was weird, but I was glad that Joey and Rachel finally got together, Wish everything would be interesting. It would be strange to think that they may pull a Dallas deal with Rachel thinking this was all a dream.

I didn't find it all that great, though the season wasn't all that funny either. Seeing the whole Joey and Rachael thing is still a bit weird, knowing the R&R history. Seems like they're running thin of ideas.

I agree. I've always thought Joey was the "best" friend to everyone else, especially to Ross. He wouldn't let anything happen with Rachel no matter how bad he wanted if because he didn't want to hurt Ross and then Ross goes and kisses Joey's ex only a few hours at most after they broke up.

Joey was never my favorite character until probably about a year ago when he fell in love with Rachel. Even when he wasn't my favorite character, I always loved how loyal he was to his friends. Being a loyal friend myself (or so I am told) I loved it! He was more loyal than any of the rest of them. I would hate to have a friend like Ross.

:woohoo: I have to say that I knew (or should I say hoped) that Joey & Rachel would get together. I stopped liking Rachel & Ross together as a couple a very long time ago. In the begining they were sweet & really good together. I wouldn't have thought of Rachel & Joey as a couple, but ever since Joey admitted to being inlove w/ Rachel I have wanted them together. Joey is a different person whenever he is w/ Rachel. So I was totally happy with this year's ending. I also loved the the whole bad hair day with Monica. I thought that was so funny. I am also glad that Phobe chose Mike. They are good together. I can't wait for next season. To me Friends is the best T.V. show on T.V.

I stopped liking Ross/Rachel a few years ago because I was so sick of all the nonstop melodrama between them. The writers drove that story into the ground fast, and kept on digging anyway. I think the only reason they had Joey fall in love with Rachel is because they were out of ideas. But I love the story!

I love Joey and Rachel because it is something new. Ross is turning out to be such a jerk (especially after last night's episode). I still think Ross/Rachel will end up together by the time the series ends though.

The ending was perfect when Joey went to Rachel's room and kissed her, I love it. I hope next season we see more of that. They are a great couple together.

I liked it, but I felt it was kinda predictable. Other cliffhangers (Joey "proposes", Rachel and Ross get married, Rachel pregnant etc ) were much more shocking and totally unexpected. I definitely think Joey and Rachel go together better than Rachel and Ross.

I didn't find the season finale at all good... I don't really like the whole idea of Joey and Rachel being together. I think that Joey ended up kissing Rachel because he saw Ross kissing Charlie. Now I was excited about Monica and Chandler getting together but this whole Joey and Rachel thing doesn't look good to me. Maybe it's just me. I don't like Charlie's character. She's not funny. It's seems like she would be better for Ross since they do have something in common. I don't know. I'll just have to wait for the new season.:(

ugh, joey and rachel, why would she choose someone whom they have been in awe of his stupidity. its funny yes, but could you handle being married to it.. I don't buy it.

I don't really think either one of them is looking for marriage in this type of situation. I think they are just trying to see what it's like for them to be together. Because as much as I don't like R&R I think those two are going to end up together by the time the series ends.

they need to meet and be with other people!!! I mean come on already.. oh, well, this is not reality.. if their relationships have to between those in the group (except phoebe) at least have it get really interesting.. more so then Joey and Rachel.. ugh.
Ross always has the best dysfunctional relationships, his I like the most, they are most entertaining..

Eh, to be frank I didn't care much at all for it. My friend was like OH MY GOSH THAT WAS THE BEST SEASON FINALE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.......no. It wasn't unbelievably horrible, and I'm happy for Phoebe and all, but to be honest I am really getting tired of this whole complicated love triangle stuff between Ross, Rachel, and Joey. The show isn't fun anymore, and I think it's because these people are no longer just FRIENDS. I liked the simplicity the show had during the first few seasons. I mean, I know this is nothing new, but I feel that now it's gotten pretty out of hand.

Also I found myself a little bored watching...the ping pong thing got really old really fast. And also, Phoebe gets engaged and then goes to play a game of ping pong? If I were her I just know I'd want to find SOME better way to celebrate...

Nononono im gonna be the odd person out, but Rachel/Joey thing doesn't work for me. I think if they get together in the end, they like almost ruined the show. Joey/Rachel thing in my head just isnt the way its suppose to be. Its suppose to be Rachel and Ross. I know how everyone hates the cliche thing, but it just doesnt fit. Ross and her have a baby. Rachel and Joey together would be so strange. Could you imagtion Joey being the father of Ross's baby? I mean, that would be more soap operaish then what Ross & Rachel have gone thru. I was so pissed off about the ending of this episode. I thought when Charlie & Joey went to have dinner and Rachel & Ross were left standing in the hallway they should've like had something happen between them. I dunno... As far as Ross being a bad friend for kissing Charlie...I think its 10 times worse Joey kissing Rachel.... considering a few factors 1) the baby 2) the history 3) how joey basically ruined the chance in season 9 with the proposal. Ross kisses a girl who Joey went out with for what? a few weeks and that makes him the horrible guy. Charlie is another main thing i hate. Shes so boring. I mean, her with Joey was wrong cos all she did was make Joey look dumber than he is & her and Ross are boring together because they have so much in common. Opposites Attract. The sad part is, I dont know or see an easy way to get the characters out of this mess. They arent just gonna have Joey and Rachel say "well this kiss is bad, we cant date like Phoebe & Chandler cant date" and they arent gonna have it for Charlie & Ross. But im wondering if its gonna break Ross's heart to see Rachel/Joey together. I mean, I bet thats a greater impact on him then Joeys was with Charlie & Ross. My bottom line is, Rachel & Ross is suppose to be together. When Ross said in the first ep before Rachel came in is "all i want is to be married again" and Rachel walks in wearing the Wedding Dress. that is suppose to be the Irony to make it happen. Another thing that would make Joey look bad is in like the 2nd/3rd season i dunno when Chandler was with Janice & she was also with her Ex husband Joey told Chandler to step down because he wouldnt want to be the guy to break up a family if there was a chance. HELLO? Look what Joey is doing. Another reason is, it would be too simple to let Rachel & Joey be together. u got a whole season of emotion left, ur not gonna have the writers just give in to this.

My last reason that Joey would NOT end up with Rachel is because IF there is a Joey spinoff. I would bet Rachel's character is not included in this....so...

The ONLY reason I wouldn't want to see Joey and Rachel together is if there is a Joey spinoff. I'd rather see Rachel with Tag or Gunther than Ross. They've had more chances to make it work than most people I know and they've failed each time. Having a baby together isn't enough of a reason to be together in a romantic relationship. :barf:
