:confused: All right, I need an opinion on this, it's been driving me nuts ever since I got addicted to Cheers. My question?
Who would be the best person for Sam to be with? Diane, Rebecca, Carla, or WHO?!?!
Me, personally? I'd have to say Rebecca. Not because Kirstie Alley is my favorite actress, but I always love those scenes where she totally gives in to Sam. I think that they're so funny, because she despises him, yet it's obviously she lies him. I'd just like opinions of other people. Thanks! :thanks:

Kirsty alley is a Great actress, and she had good chemistry with sam as a friend. I don't know if you've seen the early seasons of Cheers but I love Diane and Sam together...They kind of trash Diane throughout the last six seasons, but if you really watch the first 5 season the Better couple with Sam is Diane. They are perfect together.

plus if you think the Rebecca giving into Sam scenes are funny.... The scenes where Diane and Sam are flirting, or like in showdown where she takes a black board from the pool room and starts torturing him to tell her what he wants is a classic. and then they start insulting and cursing each other out:
Sam: You are the nuttiest the stupidest the phoniest fruitcake I've ever met!
Diane: and you Sam Malone are the most Arrogant Self-centered Son- of- b-
Sam: Shut-up!! Shut your fat mouth!
Diane: make me!
Sam: Make you, my god im gonna, im gonna bounce you off every wall in this office.
Diane: try it and you'll be walking funny tomorrow. Or should i say "funnier".
Sam:You know I've always wanted to pop you one, Maybe this is my lucky day huh?
Diane: You Disgust me! I hate you!
Sam: Are you as turned on as I am?
Diane: Mooore!
and then there are so many other scenes where they are completely pretending they don't like or love each other and end up making out.
