I viewed the episode when rumors were going around that Natalie was easy(if you know I mean. It had Nancy Sue Anne and Cindy. In the syndicated version when the show returns from commercial, the show opens with Natalie saying "hot stuff coming through!" and then Sue Anne, Nancy, and Cindy have a brief conversation about Natalie's situation, well actually they are making jokes. On NAN's version, I noticed that there was a scene that was edited back in for NAN's version that I had never seen before. The three girls had more lines then a few minutes later, Natalie yells out, "hot stuff coming through". I say good work to NAN for editing all of Nancy, Sue Anne, and Cindy's lines. Way to go because I feel they owe the girls enough to give them as much airtime they deserve to make up for the "raw deal" they got.

Yep Thomas, you seem to be one of the only other people on this board that agrees with me about the nancy,cindy and sueann situation. Watching them in that scene with jo defending natalie's honor to them(i think tomboy cindy could of gave jo a run for her money) just didn't cut it since they were all friends with natalie. I think the 3 of them together complement each other well, i can't believe the producers didn't give them more airtime,(if they could give geri so many episodes a season they should of done the same for the orig girls) i find myself counting all there lines everytime there on,LOL! Someone said in anothere post that nancy,cindy and sueann weren't that funny, i disagree after seeing nancy in the gossip episode ,she proved that she can be as amusing as the remaining girls.

Well I got a chance to see the episode when Nancy shoves the ice down Blair's chest. It was funny, but I also noticed that NAN is showing footage that hasn't been aired in almost 20 years. The opening in syndication starts off with Tootie telling Mrs. Garrett, Blair and Jo that she had hot gossip about the headmaster. NAN's version starts off with Blair deciding what she is going to wear in NYC for the weekend then Nancy comes in and turns down Tootie's offer to play monopoly, then goes upstairs to do something with her hair because she thinks Roger is meeting her up there in NYC. I also noticed other scenes that NAN cut out. You kinda observe these things after seeing an episode enough. I also notice other scenes that NAN put back in. At least I have the NAN version and syndicated version so I can piece them together. Maybe, just maybe by combining them I can have the uncut version or most of it. I realize this is kind of detailed but I can't help but to notice.
One more thing, Blair should've had a lot more coming. She knew Nancy and Roger were going out for 2 years.

I agree the "other" girls were actually better actor than Lisa Welchel. I saw the NAN episodes and it was a pleasure. (Don't get me wrong I love Lisa but she wasn't the best in the bunch, hope her gospel music career is going better.)

There must of also been a scene edited out between jo and sueann in the "rumors about natalie episode" when the show opens there is a party in the cafeteria and jo is sitting there being unsociable and sueann walks by her smugly and the laugh track comes on! I never understood that scene but i don't remember it being edited back in?? Also in the gossip episode cindy and sueann had a scene in the kitchen with tootie "gee tootie you have the best gossip,yadda yadda yadda" that was edited out. So it would be cool if nick @nite could show the whole unedited versions of these since it's not on network tv.

NightOwl. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I also wanted to post a message about Jo and Sue Anne on the message board. I definitely remember that scene. I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers that. I would love to get that edited version. Or maybe I do have it. I know that Sue Anne and Cindy's scene with Tootie was cut short becasue they were supposed to come in after Blair and Jo stormed out of the cafeteria. One thing is puzzling, Jo went one was and Blair went through the kitchen and then Tootie Cindy and Sueanne were entering the cafeteria right after, but the scene cut right to Howard and Mrs, Garrett in the kitchen. That is a mistake NAN made. If Blair went throught the kitchen, don't you think that Howard would have noticed eventhough Mrs. Garrett was entering throught the backway?

I wonder what the dialogue would of been between those two? It didn't make any sense to have jo sitting there and sueann walks by then we here the audience?? They should of edited the whole thing out if they were going to edit at all. If you come across the unedited version of that, let me know!
