I have my driving test tomorrow, for my license. It's at 12 at some far away place. My permit expires tomorrow and that was the only appointment available for the next two weeks, of course if my dad had called the dmv like i reminded him to, we wouldn't have to drive so far. Well, at least I get out of school early.


Does anyone know if they take you on the freeway? And parrell parking? YES? NO? I'm good at parallel parking, but not backing up into a parking space. BLAH....i used to be able to do it, but not anymore. Oi vei...i am going to be so happy once tomorrow is over.

I didn't have to take a driving test. Just had to prove I took driver's ed and pass the written exam.

I think they have you parallel-park, but I don't know about the freeway.

When I took my test, the man did take me on the road. There was no freeway in the area to take me on. It was long ago and far away in Pittsburgh, so I don't know how closely anything that happened to me would apply to you, but he did make me parallel park. I had to take the test twice. The first time I took it, midway through the test, the guy said I had done something wrong, although it was something very minor that wouldn't have caused me to flunk. But I got so distracted arguing about it with him, that I then did do something wrong that was severe enough to cause me to flunk. Lots of people have to take the driving test more than once, but I hope you perform brilliantly the first time. Good luck!

here we have to parallel park, but no freeway

I PASSED!!!! YAY!!! We got there like two hours before time. The lady was so mean. I wanted the one who looked like Lisa Vidal. Yeah...anyway. The lady was so annoying. She was like "you're driving on the wrong side...." and i was like "wtf? do you see that big trailer car parked over there? want me to ram into it? no...that's why i had to drive a little over there." and i checked everything like times. and i was extra careful and everything. i was so prepared to parallel park, but she didn't have me do any. there was no freeway. i think there will be another test in 6 months. this is just the provisional license.

i went on the freeway afterward for the first time....wow. it was so much fun. i was going like 90-95. :D
