It happens alot. Besides- this HAS to be fake. He's going to be keeping his middle name- James, so another middle name is useless, like when you make confirmation, you pick a 'confirmed' name but it's never on any legal documents. Unless he asks the judge to put that name in too- cos in england some guy gave his child 11 middle names after football players.
