I just got that feeling you know. It will be Cheers, Cosby Show, Three's Company, Wings, and maybe All in the Family or Coach. Lets see if I'm correct.

View Full Version : My Prediction: Wings Will be part of the block party summer Skywalker 05-09-2003, 12:55 AM I just got that feeling you know. Chocoholic 05-09-2003, 01:03 AM I hope Wings is a part of it :D but I have a feeling it won't. :crying: I also have a feeling that it will be in an even worse timeslot come Fall :( :crying: Adamantium 05-09-2003, 04:52 PM I think it will be. Here's a list of the only shows they show. They really don't have a lot to pick from. The Cosby Show Cheers Three's Company Wings All in the Family Coach Perfect Strangers Head of the Class Family Ties My predictions: The Cosby Show Cheers Three's Company Wings Coach Although I guess it will b called Camp Nick at Nite again. Ice Cream Man 05-09-2003, 05:34 PM They DO show Head of the Class? Wow, I loved that show too, but I never see it on nowadays. I kind of stopped watching it after Howard Hessman left, though. It just never seemed the same. Adamantium 05-09-2003, 07:23 PM Originally posted by Ice Cream Man They DO show Head of the Class? Wow, I loved that show too, but I never see it on nowadays. I kind of stopped watching it after Howard Hessman left, though. It just never seemed the same. I'm pretty sure they still show it. But at like 4:30am. They only have like twenty episodes scattered throughout the show's run and air those episodes over and over again. ClassicTVHits 05-09-2003, 07:26 PM If Nick@Nite does Block Party Summer like they did last year with 2 shows each night (10 shows a week), that would mean that pretty much all shows on right now would be part of it. Adamantium 05-12-2003, 12:20 AM I was just over at the TV Land site, and they had a section where they list some of the most asked questions. One of them was the Summer lineup. It sounds just like Camp Nick at Nite. And the only shows they listed as being part of the Camp are The Cosby Show, All in the Family, Cheers, Three's Company and Family Ties. So in other words, I'll be watching my Wings and NewsRadio tapes this Summer. Nick at Nite Sucks ! ! ! ziggy4500 05-12-2003, 12:27 AM they may suck, but atleast they picked it up Chocoholic 05-12-2003, 12:49 AM Originally posted by TVAdam I was just over at the TV Land site, and they had a section where they list some of the most asked questions. That sucks major ASS!!!!!! :bash: :livid: :smash: :angryfire :crying: Why is it that Wings (and NewsRadio) never gets the respect it rightfully deserves? I wish Crap@Nite would give Cheers and Wings to a much better network. I guess I should just be thankful that N@N is airing it at all, but I hate seeing this wonderful, intelligent show get treated like horse manure. USA Network at least gave it some respect for a couple of years. spunkygirl 05-12-2003, 01:54 AM That's too bad, maybe that can change, you never know.... Isn't it Camp Nick at Nite now? They haven't done block party summer in a couple of years. I am glad that at least Family Ties will be included. nantucket_wings 05-12-2003, 12:01 PM head of the class comes on at 3:30 am (CST) Originally posted by TVAdam I'm pretty sure they still show it. Kris10m 05-12-2003, 02:20 PM Actually, I'm not sure that the info. on the tv land frequently asked questions is up to date regarding the N@N summer line-up. I checked the dates that they listed, to see if it just hasn't been updated from last year. It says that it ends on Friday, August 24th, but August 24th is actually a Sunday this year. So I don't think it's updated yet (and that is the exact line-up that they had last year for Camp Nick at Nite). I think they probably would include the new shows that have been added (Wings and Coach)--but then again, who knows...look how they treat those shows now. But you never know, let's keep our hopes up!;) Adamantium 05-12-2003, 04:01 PM Originally posted by Kris10m Actually, I'm not sure that the info. on the tv land frequently asked questions is up to date regarding the N@N summer line-up. I'd rather it go back to USA (at least they never messed with the ending credits). Just while I'm posting here, this is the lineup I want them to show. Mondays: Perfect Strangers / The Cosby Show Tuesdays: Wings / Cheers Wednesdays: Coach / Family Ties Thursdays: Cheers / Three's Company Fridays: Perfect Strangers / Wings Again. This is my dream lineup (of the shows they have). I personally can't watch a block of All in the Family. I mean, I kind of like the show, but one or two episodes is enough. Whereas Wings and Perfect Strangers, I could watch all night long. spunkygirl 05-12-2003, 06:58 PM Originally posted by TVAdam I hope you're right. :) I'm glad Nick @ Nite is showing Wings, I just wished it got treated better. I like that, but don't forget Family Ties, I want them to air a block of that too. no Cosby, we get enough of that every day, Cheers too. Just Wings, Family Ties, Coach, Perfect Strangers and Head of the Class would be fine with me :) Chocoholic 05-12-2003, 07:47 PM My dream schedule would be Wings, Cheers, Perfect Strangers, Head of the Class, and Family Ties. I think Cosby Show should begiven a rest, Coach is OK, and I can't stand Three's Company or All in the Family. Adamantium 05-12-2003, 08:40 PM Okay I don't really want The Cosby Show on my list, I was just adding a touch of reality to my lineup. :D Kris10m 05-13-2003, 02:32 AM I don't know if they'd show Perfect Strangers or Head of the Class for Camp Nick at Nite, because it seems like they only have the rights to a handful of episodes for both of these shows. Adamantium 05-13-2003, 09:27 PM Originally posted by Kris10m I don't know if they'd show Perfect Strangers or Head of the Class for Camp Nick at Nite, because it seems like they only have the rights to a handful of episodes for both of these shows. That's true. I didn't think of that. Adamantium 05-16-2003, 04:02 PM Now Pav. is saying the schedule isn't out yet,. but that Wings will be in it. I just wanted everyone to know that I got my information from TV Land.com. I didn't just make that up. I wouldn't do that to the nice people here at the Wings messageboards. Chocoholic 05-16-2003, 06:17 PM It probably is incorrect info on that site. I couldn't even find any new info about the scedule on that site. At least I hope it's incorrect and we get Wings this Summer :D Adamantium 05-16-2003, 09:02 PM Originally posted by Snoopy [B]I couldn't even find any new info about the scedule on that site. It's at the part where you can ask questions. And that is one of the most asked questions. So they said what N@N is doing in the Summer. It's up there with Be the Bug, so I was sure it was current. Oh well, Pav seemed pretty sure Wings was going to air in the marathons. wingshock 05-21-2003, 09:32 AM FYI, while I was at the TVLand site trying to figure out what in the heck is going on with the Wings schedule, I saw this on the Q&A section: Q: WHAT IS NICK AT NITE DOING THIS SUMMER? A: Nick at Nite dedicates this summer to showing appreciation for viewers by helping them with errands and household chores. Oh, and we'll also have blocks of modern classic television. The summer stunt runs from Monday, July 7th to Friday, August 24th. The first block will air from 10PM(e/t) to 2AM (e/t), followed by another block from 2AM (e/t) to 6AM (e/t). Shows in the summer lineup include Cosby, All in the Family, Cheers, Three's Company, and Family Ties. :angryfire Wing<>< pilotguy 05-21-2003, 09:42 AM Originally posted by wingshock FYI, while I was at the TVLand site trying to figure out what in the heck is going on with the Wings schedule, I saw this on the Q&A section: Q: WHAT IS NICK AT NITE DOING THIS SUMMER?
