Hey, the more I think about this, the SCARIER it's getting....

My wife and I have been married for 16 years, and we have sort of a "Joe and Helen" relationship....

We started out as friends and were friends for 5 years...in fact, we used to make each other laugh about the strange people that we were dating.

We never dated during that 5 years because the timing wasn't right...but eventually we DID start dating each other....and when THAT happened, it DID start out awkwardly (in a funny sort of way), just like it did for Joe and Helen.

The only difference is that I didn't hurt my wife the way that Joe hurt Helen...but of course, eventually they end up OK.

Hmmm....No WONDER I enjoy those "Joe and Helen" episodes so much!

Me & my hubby have been married for 14 years! But I can't think of what fictional couple we're like. I'll have to think about that some.

I'd have to be dead not to notice that she has a great body, body I am most drawn to her sassy attitude. It's sooooo sexy!

I must confess I'm drawn to Helen's spunk too! Of course I think Helen (or should I say Crsystal) is quite attractive, but I think alot of her attractiveness does come from her personality. She's just fun with a great sense of humor and wit! She's not supermodel gorgeous, but you combine the attractive features she does have with that incredible personality that the Helen character has, she's a winner!

Plus, she kind of reminds me of an ex-girlfriend and I like the petite look...I'm 6'3 and the ex was only 5'1, which never really bothered me, but I know some people would give us odd looks, and I laugh at the times Helen or someone else makes fun of her height, or any scene where she has to look up to Joe or Joe has to lean down to kiss her.

Crystal must play the cello in real life, no? I bet she could play really good solo. I went to see this Icelandic band in San Francisco called Múm, and one of the twins in the band plays the cello. Really awesome band that mixes rock, electronic, and stringed and wood wind instruments to all their songs. Anyway, she played an amazing solo piece. I want a cello CD! :D
I like Helen's temper...she's not afraid to get the point across, whatever the occasion. Different from non-confrontational me. Aquarians are pacifists. Maybe I should move to Switzerland, then I could have a Swiss bank account too!
