everyone just hates you?

I feel like that A LOT. For instance, I'll just feel really down and then I just see everything so negatively and I'm constantly thinking that everyone hates me. I'll accuse of everyone of being extremely insensitive and hating me when I KNOW that thy care about me...I dunno. Its weird.

Do any of you feel like that sometimes too?

Yeah, sometimes. I feel sometimes like no one pays attention to me. Especially on here.

I dont so much feel HATED.. more along the lines of ignored, and being ignored IMO is worse than being hated.

I'm pretty sure everybody on this planet hates me and nobody wants me around.

YES!Alot of times,in fact 99.9% of the time,I feel hated and ignored!I've felt that way my whole life and it's no different,now. :(

I am surprised at the specific people who said they feel unwanted or disliked. They are all people whom I regard as interesting and popular members of SOL. I follow your posts with interest, and if I sometimes don't respond, it's only because I don't have much in common with the post topic. It's my opinion that you all are liked and appreciated by the vast majority of members.

all the time. in school....everyone ignores me all the time. no one ever listens to me. sooo...i come to the point where i just assume everyone hates me even tho SOME of them prob dont. who knows.

Well that would be the key demograph for the whole real-life situation people are more likeable in instances where they can't be seen on the internet you can be rid of that realistic person you don't like and instantly it becomes your second home!I like being on the internet because i love communicating with people and the only way i can take part in that 24-7 is to finish up my school/work day day with jumping online to my internet friends i think most people lack attention in real life which causes depression more people on the internet disslike me than in real-life but i like both situations!There really is no moral reason to be happy everyday than just the reason of simply being able to breathe life again everyday!!!:D ;)

I always have felt really ignored here, even though I still post. I dont even care. These boards USED TO BE really cliquey, but I love it now. I feel the same way at school....except it hasnt gotten better.

I think a lot of that comes from the fact that none of us (well...very few) have actually met face to face. Things like that are much better read in person than through a telephone cord.

Should everyone think that I meant the people here, I really meant everyone I have ever known - friends, parents, teachers. They all act like they care, but when I tell them what the problem is, they brush it off. I've actually had more people "listen" to me here - that's pretty bad.

Okay.....I worded that wrong. My mother loves me, but she just doesn't understand me. She doesn't really care... if something happened to me, like I died or something, then she'd have feelings- but until I die, she won't care. My father on the other hand, he just... doesn't care period. I don't think he even loves me.

What do they not care about? My life. I'm having one hell of a time right now, and they aren't doing anything to help me at all. I've begged and pleaded for my mother's help (I don't even bother with my father) but finally, I gave up and went to soomeone else that I trusted, and now she's like my mother to me. She loves and understands me.

Yes, I do. About seventy-five percent of time I feel either ignored or hated. I have been this way my whole life. I absolutely despise those feelings. I wish I could do something to AVOID both feelings. I often nervous around people too.

I can't comment on the likelihood that your evaluation of your parents is correct. You're the best judge of your own experience. But I do know the old saying, "you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your relatives." I think it's great that you have turned to someone who you can see does care about you. It's always better to act on your environment than just let it act on you. Having read your posts for a while now, I find it very hard to believe that people don't care about you. I hope things work out for you.

I pretty much am nice to everyone on here because well I'm just a nice person

Being gay and living in a small, close-minded, out-of-the-way little town, that is a feeling I experience on a daily basis.
I do my best to be polite and pleasant to everyone I meet but if I run into someone who wants to start trouble with me (which happens frequently) then it's kinda difficult to turn the other cheek.

when i get into fights w/ my dad he lowers my self asteem by alot. he makes fun of me, tells me im stupid, insults me, mocks me and all this other crap and he just makes me feel like im not wanted. if ne1 else does that to me i simply dont give a damn but since he's sposed to love me more than ne1 it really hurts.

I really think that this mentality has taken over America. I see this in a lot of people. I think that the work ethic, in some respect, has gone by the wayside.We all want things the easy way. (whatever that would be)

I felt like that in Middle school most of the time. Most of the kids were snobs and hated me just because of my appearance and the fact that I went to Special classes for math and reading. Once we moved to a new school district, everything improved over time. People were still cliquey but they weren't mean like in East Greenbush.

I know Katie I got the same thing in school I think thats why I'MMM so nice because I know what it feels like to be hated :( sometimes I get the feeling that people dont like me STILL and my self esteem isnt very high but thats all due to the highschool traumas

i've felt like that before.
