I don't know what aired before, but I do recall Perfect Strangers airing after Belvedere.

In the first two seasons Mr. Belvedere aired right after Webster. After that Mr. Belvedere
aired right after Full House.

When Beledere primired I thought it came after Diff'rent Strokes

It did air right before Diff'rent Strokes in the 1985-1986 season.
