The series does not have a real ending. There is nothing to look forward to once you start following the show from season one. So basically that means the whole series was a waste because it never received the proper send off. For example, when you look at the cosby show you know that you are leading up toward Theo's College Graduation. But with the Jeffersons it's nothing to lead up to. I think people should just buy the DVD. But I think no cable or local station should air this sitcom.
