I am a HUGE George Wendt fan and I knew that he was on this show but I never saw it. The opening seems familiar but I dont remmeber ever watching an episode. Where did you get the series on tape? I want to buy it.

The Naked Truth
Starring Madam Secretary’s Téa Leoni as a Pulitzer Prize winning photographer who is reduced to working for a tabloid rag called The Comet after a costly divorce, The Naked Truth was cancelled by ABC after the airing of its first season. However, the show was picked up by NBC for two more seasons, which saw the show go through a series of creative overhauls, including bringing Cheers star George Wendt and comedy legend Mary Tyler Moore on as ringers. Unfortunately, the frequent retoolings did not make the show substantially more popular and it was cancelled for a second and final time in 1998. Check out the first part of the show’s series premiere to see some edgy-for-‘90s jokes and dated to the point of abstraction cultural references.
